Fala que tem estacionamento mas na realidade o estacionamento não fica no hotel e não tinha vaga quando eu cheguei. Tive que procurar um estacionamento por conta própria as 2 horas da manhã. Não voltaria a me hospedar no hotel.

A Joana recepcionista muito cordial, o quarto e o hotel muito limpo, organizado, quarto era confortavel, tudo funcionando perfeitamente, chuveiro quentinho e quarto tambem, uma cama muito confortavel. So tenho elogios a fazer

Boa localização, bom atendimento e quarto espaçoso Minha experiência no Andorra Palace Hotel foi positiva. A localização é excelente, muito prática para explorar a cidade, e o atendimento foi muito bom durante toda a estadia. O quarto é amplo, a cama é confortável e o banheiro é bastante espaçoso, o que traz conforto no dia a dia. Os móveis não são novos, mas estão em bom estado e não comprometem a qualidade da hospedagem. Não utilizei o café da manhã, pois minha reserva foi sem essa opção, então não posso opinar sobre esse serviço. Hotel honesto, bem localizado e com bom custo-benefício. Recomendo.

Hab limpia. Entrada antes de la hora del checkin. Recepcionista Joana muy atenta y amable. El spa muy bien, incluido en el precio de la hab. La cena de primera calidad con un servicio impecable.

Terrible Experience — Do Not Stay Here The room had issues from the start. The toilet didn’t work, and after someone fixed the flush, we found the bathroom door wouldn’t close. The air conditioning was disconnected. When I called reception, a rude staff member told me to “just open the window.” When I pointed out AC was listed as an amenity, she hung up, saying she wasn’t a technician. There were two half-used toilet paper rolls — not even one new one. We had to sleep with the window open, facing one of the noisiest streets imaginable. Traffic and shouting went on late into the night. It was warm, there was no airflow, and sleep was nearly impossible. Later, we found the room door didn’t lock properly and had been left open. Every time after that, we had to struggle to close it. The mattress was terrible — you could feel the springs. The only decent part was the small pool and hot tub, but they’re in another hotel. You have to walk, take two elevators, follow confusing signs, and pay €2 to lock your belongings. You also can’t bring the towel back to your room. Every time I raised an issue, I got no help, no apology, not even basic courtesy. A truly disappointing stay. Avoid this place.

Welcoming staff. Perfect location. But there is zero amenities in the basic rm,. No facial tissues, no place to hang yr clothes, no aircon despite listed, it was super duper nosiy at night esp if yr room faces the road! Windows are the only way to ventilate the room. The carparking fees were very expensive
