Zeer behulpzaam personeel, schone kamers, wel harde bedden

This hotel has serious hygiene and pest control issues. I found a large cockroach in my room, including inside the refrigerator. After being moved to another room, another cockroach entered from under the door. Management never contacted me despite multiple requests. I received compensation, but it was not fair given the situation. Unacceptable standards of cleanliness, poor communication, and lack of accountability. I do not recommend this hotel.

The room is nice the beds comfortable the location is close to many bar and restaurants and the restaurant in the hotel is very nice also

The hotel is nice clean and offers a nice restaurant upstairs with a nice free breakfast buffet its close to a shopping center.

Other parts of the hotel was good except for my suite. We only stayed 1 night but my hotel suite appeared to have been previously flooded and there were roaches.
