All was a ok

Customer service staff were friendly and helpful. The property was clean and attractive.

There was no breakfast as the hockey group had eaten it all.

The staff was very pleasant and helpful !

Always a pleasure to stay at the Hampton. Very hospitable staff. Pool area was cold. Wish it was warmer during the winter monrhs

Everything was what we were looking for. Verry pleased with our stay.

HI I showed up to the Hotel after driving since 4:30 and found an uncleaned room at 7:11 pm. I immediately went to the front desk and the girl was helpful at least. Note: I did take a video of the condition of the room. Bob Resetar

The cleanliness of the property was not as good as it has been on past visits. There was garbage in the elevator and on the ground in the main lobby area. The room was clean.

Very clean, great staff, great pool, great breakfast. My only complaint is the pillows. So flat even stacking them up didn’t help

Too bad there are no recycling bines on the property and in the rooms.

Floors need to be scrubbed in bathroom .

Very dirty desk chair... Snow removal happens at 2am and dragged for 2 hours with lot of trucks moving in the back of the hotel where my room was facing...
