ไม่แน่ใจว่าโรงแรมเก่าหรือตั้งตกแต่งแบบยุคโบราณ แต่ก็ดูดีนะ ห้องสะอาด กว้าง เตียงนุ่ม มินิบาร์เริสมากเครื่องดื่มเยอะแต่ฉันไม่รู้ว่าฟรี พนักงานพามาส่งที่ห้อง แต่ไม่เอาคีย์การ์ดให้ ก็แปลกดี

Very close to tram and Migros.

I cannot see how this hotel is a 4-Star property. The rooms weren’t well-equipped & even had locks in the bathroom if you wanted toiletries. No tea/coffee in room … they provided a kettle on request for tea only. Room itself was dusty & needed renovation. The light was hanging from a loose ceiling rose & the bath taps weren’t secured to tiles on wall. The breakfast was included as free, but was very basic (unlike the photos). When I got fed up with the lukewarm filter coffee & asked for expresso, I was charged 5CHF for a lukewarm drink. The only plus point was the location and the lady on reception who was very helpful & a credit to the hotel. Finally, looking at the reviews, I can’t believe they’re all excellent … has the hotel changed hands in last 6 months?

Rent og ganske så sentralt. Rommet var slitent , lite bad, men god seng. Hyggelige ansatte.

For clean bathroom, great bathtub, extremely smart and polite and knowledgeable front desk would stay here again.In fact, we are staying here again and will do so.In the future!!

De gehele accommodatie maar vooral de wifi verbinding heeft een update nodig. Voor deze prijs een goede optie voor je verblijf in Genève.

Soggiorno di 2 notti x visitare Ginevra. Hotel nel centro con parcheggio proprio ed altro a 2 passi. Camera pulita. Si precisa che il bagno è piccolissimo, senza finestra e con luce data solo da due minuscoli faretti, pertanto quasi buoio. Per persone che si adattano molto.

Saw moths flying in the room and two big areas of moth eaten carpet Also flying Israeli flag which is odd given the genocide in Gaza taking place

No air conditioner as advertised. For the record there is an air conditioner, it does turn on, it just blows warm air at an incredibly low speed, so it does not actually conditions the air. The front desk people were not particularly polite but at least they upgraded me to a larger room, sadly the air conditioner there was just as useless so I had to leave the hotel, only spent one very miserable night there, I left the next morning

Nice enough place for its location and price. Bit warm and trams outside.

The stay was excellent. The staff were very polite and well accommodating. Easy lift access. The hotel is well connected with public transportation. A mall just opposite has a coop, pharmacy and a few other things for easy grab. The only issue I faced was the toilet, little less lighting, the loose shower fixture, and the curtains were a little weird. However, I feel the stay was good value for the money.

The way I was greeted by the receptionist is unacceptable. Not only he was rude and not welcoming but he was not willing to help in any manner. I do not recommend this hotel.
