Clean rooms and close to amenities

Everything was ok, no breakfast included

It's a great location and its clean which is very important. Unfortunately they don't have a gym and the floor i was on didnt have an elevator so I had to carry my very heavy bag up stairs. It would be a difficult situation for somome with limited physical ability to carry luggage up stairs

It was good place for the price.

The bed seemed smaller than The Queen size I paid for , the room was nothing like the ones in The photos , The bar charged a cover charge on Saturday. The food was abysmal. I definitely would not recommend the hotel. Especially as the bar function set of the fire alarm which was inconvenient.

Was a quiet stay parking lots were a mess

Staff was rude. Suprised me with a deposit on the room that your company didn’t advise me of when I booked through you guys. Their debit machines were not working. It’s was horrible. I will probably not use Expedia again after this experience

Heat/ac was very loud

No issues, very clean and great price. The decor is a bit dated but the service and cleanliness for the price point more than offset the estetics. Also a great location if you would prefer not to drive anywhere as I do.

I booked this hotel, as most were fully booked due to the Oil Sands Expo and booking late on my part. I travel frequently for work, and have stayed in countless hotels this year alone. The Stonebridge is the worst of the hotels I have stayed at this year. I will certainly not be back.
