As ever, a gorgeous stay at this gorgeous hotel that feels like home from home. It's really walkable to the station, restaurants and shops but is tucked away enough to be quiet in a sometimes chaotic city. It's our favourite place to stay in London now and we will definitely be back.

Clean and cozy room, very well curated, staff was super friendly - would definitely stay again!

Great room on top floor, really quirky, lovely minibar and snack selection plus free water and choc bars- theyve thought of everything- there is a hairdryer , bathrobes, toiletries- great bar/Restuarant area and the staff were superb (big thanks to Adam ) will dev stay again

The staff were welcoming, and the room was clean, but the shower was broken. The water did not drain away when I showered last night. I reported it to the team as I left. This morning the shower again did not drain, meaning both the bathroom and bedroom flooded. When you are paying £300 a night, a functioning shower is essential. I expect some compensation for the inconvenience and discomfort.

Fabulous boutique hotel. Stylist decor. Great location for Pimlico and Victoria. Really cute restaurant that sells amazing breakfast. Super friendly helpful staff.

Beautiful rooms in a beautiful location! Reception staff could be friendlier, but other than that, a fantastic mkt British hotel stay. Would return!
