Customer Service is a 10. Room very spacious, clean, bed comfortable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel providing a basic dinner of hamburgers and fries included in room price. Breakfast buffet had nice basic selection. Would stay here again.

When we arrived at the hotel in the evening. There were 4-5 people including an infant outside sitting on the planter box. The parking lot was full, while the website still showed many unrented rooms. When we checked in the Bar was loaded with people and the desk clerk notified us that it would remain open until 11 pm. We were ginen an room on the 1st floor 4 doors down from the noisy bar. It appears the hotel has become a gathering place for a number of the local migrant community.

First time booked at Best Western Plus. Very pleased with our stay. Room nice, free breakfast, and free light dinner. Would book again.

Was surprised, well run, clean and even an area with a fenced dog run. Would recommend.

Was not aware rooms were pet friendly. Room located in area not pet friendly was quiet, other room in pet friendly was not

The staff was very polite, the service was fast.

It was real windy had a storm coming through but it missed the area hit just northeast of town it was noisy!

My husband didn't like the handicapped shower.

Very nice. EV charger was great to recharge my vehicle overnight

The property was nice but we were given a handicapped room which I did not like. The shower needs renovated….it did not match the rest of the room. Also the shades were not blackout and made sleeping with the parking lot lights difficult.

Over night stay traveling to visit family . Only draw back was Interstate noise if you get a room that faces the roadway. However was able to sleep very well .

Nice, pretty new hotel. Clean place with friendly staff. Good light evening meal, bar and very pet friendly. Likely will stay again if/when back thru Fort Stockton.

I stay at Best Western in Fort Stockton several times. Nice and clean. Great great place to stay white traveling through Texas. I enjoy the free meals and coffee.

The room was pretty quiet, in pretty good shape and the bed was pretty terrible. The breakfast was simple and easy to serve yourself. I would recommend to others.

Had a lot of amenities I wasn't expecting. Free snacks in the evening, nachos at the bar. Patio, Comfortable bed and big TV.
