The breakfast could have been hotter, but overall a very enjoyable stay

Breakfast was excellent, we love porridge and the quality was superb, as were other choices. The room was very comfortable and a good size, good shower. Staff were super. Hotel was in an excellent location for us. We are considering going back some time

Nice stay, lovely staff, didn’t eat or drink at the hotel. Fan of was a bit annoying in the bathroom.

Visited with a friend, we had a very large twin room with large bathroom (room was for accessibility needs which we did not require but would definitely highly recommend for anyone that does have) Tea and coffee facilities, lovely bathroom supplies. We wanted flexibility in morning so didn’t have breakfast but the 11am checkout was great for us for extra chatting time

The breakfast was lovely although several times staff had to be told when breakfast items ran out. The restaurant in the evening was disappointing however, the meal I ordered (lasagne)had to be sent back as it was cold in the middle when it arrived. We were and remained the only seated customers all night. When my meal was returned to me, now piping hot, it was the same plate I had sent away. In effect, my food was reheated twice. Other than breakfast, we will not have any other meal in there again and will not be recommending the restaurant to any one.

Staff were very friendly and courteous. Our room was clean and in great condition. Within walking distance of all the nearby attractions and shopping. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

Phoebe on reception was so good. Really looked after us well. The lady at breakfast who greeted us was fabulous.

The hotel stay was great with perfect location for all attractions. The staff were super friendly, very helpful and made the stay even better. Bed was perfect for us so had a great sleep, would highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast is cooked fresh every morning with good selection and extra options like 'eggs cooked your way', porridge, pancakes, and eggs benedict. We generally breakfast early (7:30/8:00am) with the 'hot' items only being lukewarm in pans on a food warmer at that stage. It tends to get hot then lateron. Staff are very attentive and friendly and cannot do enough for you.

The staff were absolutely amazing, extremely accommodating, nothing was too much trouble.

The hotel is very nice, and the public areas smell fresh and clean. The reception staff are really friendly and chatty, and the breakfast staff cheerful and welcoming. Our room was very comfortable, clean and a nice temperature! We would definitely stay again.
