Staff was so friendly. The airline lost our bags and the hotel was so understanding, helping us find shopping to purchase some last minute clothing for our cruise departure. Breakfast was fantastic!

Great location, room was clean, bed comfy and shower was good. Free coffee machine on 1st floor, breakfast looked good but we didn’t have it €12 each not too bad but we preferred to eat out as there is so much good food in the city. The staff were great, receptionist looked after our bags on check out day so we could make the most of it without carrying luggage around. We had a gin & beer from the minibar for €2. Now the not as good bits, not much but balcony was small and the shutters were a bit tired didn’t close fully but didn’t affect us, we didn’t spend much time in the room apart from sleeping. Aircon is centrally controlled and blows on the bed, can’t turn it off as it was blowing really cold first night but we soon found a comfortable temperature. Would I go back? No but that’s just because I prefer to try other options.

Beautiful hotel close to everything. Rooms are updated and spacious. The room we had had a balcony with a table and chairs. We did not get to experience the breakfast buffet as we were out each day early. Note breakfast does not start until 7:30am.

A localização é muito boa para se movimentar por Barcelona seja à pé ou Metrô. Os funcionários são bem atenciosos, e o café da manhã é muito bom. As acomodações são muito boas também

Tres bien, chambre sur rue avec un peu de bruit, non gênant

ZIMMER Das Zimmer war relativ klein, aber für ein paar Nächte ausreichend. Badezimmer war sauber, Regendusche vorhanden. Allerdings gab es keine Klobürste und die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. PERSONAL sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit FRÜHSTÜCK Frühstücksbuffet war in Ordnung. Die Auswahl war überschaubar, aber für mich ausreichend gewesen. LAGE Die Lage ist top! Man kann die meisten Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß erreichen, ansonsten direkt Metro & Bus vor der Tür. FAZIT Für ein paar Nächte ist es ein super Hotel. Bei einem längeren Aufenthalt würde ich mir ein etwas größeres Hotel suchen.

The best thing about Hotel Àmbit was the location. It is close to many walkable tourist sites. The room is ridiculously small, the cleanliness was barely adequate, the breakfast was the same each day with basics, the staff was very minimal with any communication. I had old twin beds and one window with a view of a wall through Expedia. I do not recommend this hotel, particularly for the high price.

Chambre avec terrasse qui donne sur l’arrière : énormément de bruit de 8h a 21h30 dû a un centre sportif en plein milieu du lotissement. Même fenêtres fermées, c’est horrible. Hotel plus proche d’un 3 étoiles que d’un 4. Le personnel est très gentil. L’emplacement est super.

Staff were courteous - room functional but probably a bit on the small side if you were travelling with lots of luggage or staying more than one night Room was very warm/airless even though staying in December and thermostat set to 18 degrees no milk for morning tea

A localização é excelente, bairro elegante e cheio de restaurantes próximos. Fica muito perto de pontos importantes como a casa Batló e ramblas centrais

La ubicación es inmejorable, a tres cuadras y media de la Plaza Catalunya, de El Corte Inglés y a dos cuadras del Paseo de Gracia, la avenida principal de tiendas y boutiques de lujo. El cuarto es pequeño, pero si vas a pasar todo el día fuera paseando, como fue mi caso, eso es lo de menos. El desayuno es variado y de buena calidad. Lo mejor es la atención amabilísima y servicial de todo el personal. Muy recomendable
