Great room, near pretty much everything! Could use some better breakfast options nearby

The location in the heart of Palermo’s historical centre was perfect for our five-days vacation. Short walk to see the main sightseeings, nice walks around historical centre. The only minus is that the streets nearby are quite loud also in the night time, people having good time in pubs and bars, cars driving by and ambulances etc. In case you are comfortable to sleep with ear plugs (or, even better, with nc headphones, as I did on Sat night) it may not be an issue, just to consider. Erica and Francesco are the most friendy hosts, and the place was quite home-like. There are only three rooms, separate well-equipped kitchen and very good and prompt communication also via WhatsApp made us feel like house guests. Can recommend this for your stay in the beautiful Palermo.

The room was very clean. The hot tub was very nice to have in the room, took a while to fill but I think the adjoining room was filling up at the same time. The staff were very friendly accommodating and helpful. Easy walking distance to the attractions and historic district. The street was very busy but very interesting to people watch. Amenities were great in a common area and some very interesting antiques in the shared areas. Would definitely recommend.

the tub worked fantastic, Erika and Francesco were kind and very helpful with reservations and any requests. great location too. Only challenge were the stairs but we were assisted with luggage when help was around. Coffee, water and tea are available, but food is available at nearby kiosks and restaurants. It’s a quaint experience.

AQUAROOMS luxury is the best! The room is cute welcoming, love the jacuzzi and the bathroom is beautiful and clean with a awesome shower, we really enjoy staying and everything was very close, dining and shops ❤️🥰👍

Beautiful apartment, very well manged and amazing service from the ownsers alway there to help just a phone call away. FYI I suggest not drive a car, palermo is easy by walking and public transport. I would totally recommend stayi n g at Aquarooms, grest lication.

Great room and service. Parking was surprisingly easy. Unfortunately the area was extremely noisy, even with earplugs and noise cancelling headphones. And I used to live in NYC! The room faced a busy loud road with many motorbikes constantly going by and boisterous weekend activities.

Francesco and Erica are lovely hosts! They made our stay lovely and took great care of us! The location of Aquarooms cannot be beat. We had a wonderful stay!

My partner and I stayed at Aquarooms for 3 nights and were really impressed by the quality of both the space and the hospitality of the hosts. With just 3 rooms, it’s a small boutique hotel with a personal touch. Our room had both a hot tub (in the bedroom) and a good shower, as well as a comfortable bed, a small balcony facing out onto the street, and cool, stylish art and furniture, much of it custom made or acquired for the specific room. The location was central and extremely convenient— tons of restaurants, bars, cafés, shops, and sights nearby. Erica and Francesco were both incredibly helpful and all-around good people who went above and beyond in every way and were fun to talk to. We loved both Palermo and Aquarooms and would not hesitate to come back to both!

Erica and Francesco were amazing hosts. They were there to meet us, made us caffè, tell us the best spots to go, and even ordered us a taxi when we left. The building they renovated themselves is absolutley stunning. Our room was decorated with local Palmero art, had an awesome shower, and my wife loved the seperate soaking tub. You can tell they put a lot of hard work and thought into it. Everything is within walking distance. My only regret is we didnt stay longer, but we will be back!

Francesco and Erica were wonderfully friendly and helpful. They gave us many good tips and obviously are enthusiastic about their city. The accomodations are quaint and comfortable though a bit noisy as the room faces Via Roma.

Aquarooms heeft prachtige en schone kamers, ook het personeel was ontzettend behulpzaam. Het ontbijt was bij de meest aardige bakker om de hoek. De kamer lag aan een drukke straat, maar ik zelf had daar geen problemen mee.

Fomos muito bem recebidos pelo dono das acomodações, sempre simpático e solícito. No entanto, o quarto que nos foi destinado foi completamente diferente do que o visto e escolhido pelas fotos (aliás, o nosso quarto NÃO aparece nas fotos do HOTEIS.COM), sendo, inclusive, menor que o que contratamos. As áreas comuns, embora limpas, não tem ar condicionado, o que dificulta/impede a sua utilização no verão siciliano. Assim, ter uma geladeira no quarto daria um conforto maior.

Chambre vraiment exceptionnelle, à deux pas du centre historique, des prestations de très bonne qualité, un accueil de très bonne qualité, prise de contact dans la journée pour la remise des clés, enfin une très bonne adresse à recommander sans hésiter !!!!
