零下13度前後の寒さが続く真冬の水原でしたがオンドルが暖かく、快適に過ごしました。細かい部分はあるんですが、総合的に良い施設です

他の施設に比べると綺麗ですね、特に同じ値段程度の施設に限れば断然いいし、便利です。ただ細かい部分は足りないかな、たとえば3日間の宿泊なのに3日目はペットボトルの補充がないとか、キッチン周りに掃除が隅々まではうんと、、という感じ､、まあ望みすぎかも、、総合的には良い施設で次回も利用したい。

This is a fully functioning Aparthotel where they have taken everything into consideration. As someone with multiple food sensitivities I was able to cook easily for myself. Simple meals, nothing fancy, but nourishing and suitable for my needs. The kitchen is well equipped, anything you need just ask. The room is spacious and comfortable. There is a desk and chair but also a fold away table which you can use for writing or eating. You can work well here in comfort. There is a proper wardrobe (smells great too) where you can hang your clothes, so you don't feel cramped. Irons and Ironing boards are provided on another floor. Bathroom is a wet bathroom with slippers provided. I love the area and it is a short walk to Mangpo station. The whole project was definately created with the traveller in mind. I hope to stay here again if I return to Korea.

Es ist eine einfache Unterkunft in ruhiger lage

What a wonderful find. Priced in the budget range I had expected just basic accommodation but was very pleasantly surprised. SB House is very clean and offers everything you need for a comfortable stay. I stayed for 2 weeks whilst visiting family nearby and my single room had a washer, hot plate, full sink, fridge/freezer and a combi microwave. It also had a wet room with shower and lots of wardrobe/storage space plus tv and desk. Everything you need to make a home away from home. It also has a communal kitchen with pans, plates and cutlery you can use. Vacuum cleaner, irons and boards are available to use also. On the top floor is a roof terrace but it was too wet during my stay to use this. The property has a lift and is situated just a few minutes walk from Mangpo station and bus stops. There are several bakeries just down the road and a G25 for essential supplies. The area is very quiet and I felt very safe even in the dark.

룸 크기도 넓고 시설도 안락하고 무엇보다 사장님께서 응대를 너무 잘해주셔서 지내는데 너무 편하고 좋았습니다^^

Die Unterkunft ist mit Bus und Bahn erreichbar und liegt (erhöht) in einer ruhigen Seitenstarße. Die Ausstattung ist eher schlichtund einfach. Dennoch ist alles nötige vorhanden.

Stayed four times there. Clean, quiet and convenient place.

It's been good. The place is clean and quiet, everything you need is in a walking distance. Magpo station connects to blue line so everything is very easy to manage.

Ruhige Lage, Parkmöglichkeit direkt am Hotel, mit Bus und Bahn erreichbar

햇빛도 잘 들고, 쾌적해요. 냄새도 없고, 깔끔해요. 다음에도 기회되면 또 오고 싶어요. 전자레인지 룸에 비치되어 있는 것도 좋았어요.

따듯하고 깔끔했어요. 추천하는 숙소입니다.

정말 생각보다 훌륭했어요 공기도 좋고 창문도 크고 냉장고도 크고 화장실도 깨끗하고 또 오고 싶은 곳 이었어요

찾아가기 편하고 주변에 편의점 식당이 위치 합니다. 숙소도 원룸을 개조한것이라 세탁기 기타 편의 시설 잘갖추어져 있구요
