The room was very clean and spacious The pool area was also very clean ,although it was tad too cold for my liking

Getting to the hotel off of Beck Rd is literally nearly impossible due to massive potholes. I am shocked these have not been filled in whether you’re trying to get to the Holiday Inn or even the McDonald’s in front of it. The actual hotel parking lot is fine.

Our stay at this Holiday Inn Express was an unexpected surprise. It didn't feel like a low end hotel at all. Comparable to a Marriott.

Travel for work daily. Best overall experience in a long time.

Clean hotel

This hotel twice canceled reservations for my daughter. She had called ahead to tell them that she would be arriving late. She arrived at 1:30 in the morning and they told her that they had given her room away and told her they canceled the reservation. There were no hotels nearby that had a room. She spent a night without a hotel room. Then, HOTELS.COM got involved the next day and made another reservation for the following night. Once she showed up to check in again the next day, they had once again canceled the reservation and given it away. They told me they had people that needed the room. So, in other words, having a confirmed reservation doesn’t matter. Even if you let them know that you will be arriving late. It’s a very unprofessional run operation. When I called at 2:00 in the morning to address my displeasure with how they treated my daughter, there were dogs parking in the background. It’s amazing that a national brand allows this to happen in one of their hotels.

My daughter wanted to have a hotel party for her 6th birthday. I loved it. Will be back again! It was very clean, staff was nice & professional. The pool was warm and the room was beautiful! Comfortable bed. The bathroom was amazing! I loved this hotel!

We stayed here for 2 nights with our adult daughter during a stay for a minor medical procedure. Our room was clean, spacious and comfortable. There were plenty of dining options nearby. We did not have the opportunity to try the breakfast. I would stay here again.

Great staff!

We were the only family on 4th floor. Part of the hallway was blocked off w plastic. We seen foreign people hiding up there. We waited for an elevator over 20 minutes and no stairway in sight yo take. Worst stay ever. Very uncomfortable like someone was watching us from the adjoining room. I stuck towels along there. I definitely think it needs investigated.
