Tudo muito bom. Somente a Internet deixou a desejar, muito lenta e tb cai muito.

Não é possivel regular a temperatura do ar no quarto. Fica muito frio, como as demais dependencias do hotel. Parece uma geladeira.

Quarto limpo, banheiro amplo, equipe simpática, cama confortável. Senti falta de uma internet boa, pois a atual é péssima. Também sintimos que a academia poderia ser melhor. E por último, sentimos falta de opções inclusivas no café da manhã, como sem açúcar e sem lactose. Mas no geral, boa experiência.

This was my first time in Brazil. My first surprise at the hotel was the slow checkin. One has to do a government-required security form online first, but even after that the staff seem to take an age typing in their computers to get one checked in. The front-desk staff were helpful when I interacted with them as were the bell staff, the pool staff, and the maitre d' at the restaurant. But most of the other staff didn't speak English (very much or at all). I had pre-paid, and they forgot to scan a credit card for incidentals, so I ended up struggling to charge to my room one day, talking to a waiter who I couldn't communicate with. That was resolved by a nice manager later. The pool on the 17th floor is very nice with a fantastic view. But I did my swimming in the sea. The hotel provides a special card allowing you to get a towel, leaving the ticket as a deposit. You get it back and drop off when you check out. The biggest problem in the hotel is ventilation: I have a CO2 monitor and found the levels in most of the hotel were way too high (indicating they are recirculating the air). In my room it would get above 1000 ppm (600-800 would be good in other hotels). I did open the window some of the time to resolve this, but there was also high particulate pollution ouside! In meeting rooms of the conference centre part of the hotel, the C02 got above 2200 at times, which makes people start to have trouble concentrating ... not a good thing when you are in meetings all day!

The customer service was very bad. I am allergic to dairy and almond milk and asked for oat milk. I stayed at this hotel for 10 days and they never provided the oat milk at breakfast, even though i was paying for full breakfast price, in addition to the room. Moreover, i had to change room during my stay and during the move from one room to another a pair of Birkenstock was lost/stolen and the staff couldn’t care less. Apart from this the hotel is clean, the bed is good, the breakfast is good.

The pool water could be better cleaned. The reception could carry stamps and postcard.
