If you are looking for great beach, relaxed time and good ambiance, I’d recommend this hotel. My wife and I just wanted a place to relax and enjoy the sun this hotel has that for you!

Se notaba que el hotel estaba renovando sus instalaciones de cara a la alta temporada. Deberían cambiar las balseras. Y mejorar la variedad de la comida. Antes había una plancha durante la cena en la que se cocinaba pescado y carne. Ahora ofrecen solo carne y pagando un extra

Not enough entertainment and not enough food choices

Our overall stay was very good and the staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived at approximately 2pm but our room was not ready, so we were checked in, our luggage held, and were told we could go to the buffet (all-inclusive) and use the resort. Room was big, clean, and had an incredible view! The beaches were gorgeous & staff cleaned area daily, including any Sargassum. The buffet was open 6:30a-10;30a, noon-6pm and 7:30p-10p. The buffet food was average, but the restaurant style menus were incredible. They scheduled us for one as we arrived and we scheduled another to celebrate an special occasion. The food service & bar staff were very professional and did their jobs well! This place has an incredible security staff. We definitely felt safe. Only complaints: The room's ceiling fan was slow & our request to have diet soda in mini fridge was a toss. Smoking is allowed in most areas which sometimes made it difficult to enjoy room balconies, pool area and - on occasion - restaurants. On 2 occasions we noticed VERY young teens (13-15 yo). It only became bothersome (for adult-only hotel) when hearing 'Mom" across the pool as well as having an ear piercing scream when jumping into waves at the beach. VIP services allow 20% off at spa, but not on all services. My pedicure was not included.

Please bring back animation & increase your dining options. Certain staff needs to be trained on how to treat guest particularly the pool bar.

In my opinion, there is a great staff whish is good for all customers, they makes me feel welcomed during. Y stances. In addition, my mother and I, will recommend for others, especially my family, because, one of the benefitsis the Spa, this was a greater of all things that we enjoyed, so thanks again. Afterwards, we went to relax and we received the best assistants. As sum up, in this hotel every customers will be in the best hands. If someone need a good vacations should be going there. The staffs focused on good attendance and customers satisfaction. Congratulations.

Me encanto muy lindo lo mejor de Samaná

This property is very nice,, the small refrigerator doesn’t get cold at all,, and ice is very scarce there. I called Room service twice in two nights asked for ice to have for my warm drink, water, or soda and they said that the bar didn’t have ice.. I really wanted a cold drink with my dinner those night,. The facility is a very nice place, but just need to upgrade on those few situations.

Amazing trip

This hotel is for relaxing. They have daily lounge hours when they bring in a singer at night (around 8-10pm). The pool closes at 7pm but we had plenty of pool/beach during the day. If you have food allergies, they are amazing!! Ariel and Letizia were super helpful on this. I didnt eat from buffets due to cross contamination. The first day they asked me for preferences. I could order for lunch during breakfast and for dinner during lunch. They made a special recipe for me GF and DF for banana bread. I felt very safe and had no issues.

Incredible views and tranquility!

The hotel is nicely located and service staff was fantastic. Loved the pool and the beach. However, the limited food availability and sometimes quality was not great as well as locations for food, having my 82 year old mother coming down every day to olas was a challenge as there was no elevator available to take her down there.

beautiful location in the mountains

All in all, the stay was very good. The entire staff was always friendly, helpful, attentive, and entertaining. Unfortunately, some of my personal belongings were accidentally damaged during room cleaning. As compensation, I was offered a 25-minute massage or manicure. For personal reasons, neither option was suitable for me, and unfortunately, no adequate compensation was provided. Nevertheless, I can still recommend the hotel.
