Room missing luggage rack. Had to go get luggage rack from front desk. No hangers on coat rack - appeared the next day. Sticky basic phone. No hair dryer, iron or ironing board. Full trash can plus more trash left under kitchenette sink from last guests. Hole punched half way through back of bathroom door. Need light bulbs in some ceiling lights. New furniture and table lamps. Laminate floor. 2 office chairs for seating. Big refrigerator.

The staff was very friendly when we checked in. Unfortunately, there were parts of our room that looked damaged. The bathroom door in one of our rooms wouldn't shut. The floor was dirty. It looked like they recently tried making updates, but wasn't fully finished or wasn't done well. The breakfast area was very nice and spacious and had a good selection.

Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. No complaints. Would stay again.

If the TV remote is any indication ( it was gross!), the place needs more attention to detail when it comes to cleanliness standards and procedures. Dust in a lot of areas. Smallish room. Seemed pricey for what it is the Saturday we were there, but other hotel chains in area were either sold out or very over-priced compared to expectations for that area and that brand; not sure what was happening in Dickinson to possibly spike prices

Location is very new and nice. The lights in the bathroom wont turn off and lights in the bedroom arent working. The AC (auto) isnt working properly

The staff was super friendly and helpful. It was a little weird to find (a) the interior of the hotel on my floor and the main floor was still under construction and (b) the room had a laminate floor instead of carpet. This was not really a problem but I do not recall, in half a century, ever staying at a hotel room where there wasn't carpeting. It's helpful for noise reduction inside and outside the room. The parking lot was sort of half-paved and needed refinishing but other than that, it was a decent place for the price and I would choose it again next time I passed through that part of N.D.

Was a very nice place. Only thing we didn’t like was the strong smell of pot in the hallway and elevator.

Lobby and dining room updated. Reported no lights working in bathroom, eventually bulbs changed. Toilet wouldn't flush in room as well as the one off the lobby. Was told upon check in there was no pool but there was a fitness center. Later asked where the fitness room was and was told "its in process" meaning equipment has been ordered. Will not stay at a Baymont hotel again.

The experience overall at this hotel was great, the man at the desk was very friendly and welcoming and the room was very nice. It was a fairly small room, but it was very comfortable. The free breakfast wasn't the best I've ever had, but it wasn't bad by any means and got the job done. Definitely would stay here again!

I found our stay here to be disappointing. They recently renovated, but it all felt like it was done on the cheap with little attention to detail. Our room had a shelf with a coat rack, but no hangers. There is a little kitchen with a stovetop, but the cabinets were completely empty. No pots, pans, dishes, silverware. So basically unusable unless you are traveling with a full kitchen set. Our door didn’t lock unless you slammed it. The interior lock was attached over an area of the door that looked to have been patched with spackle, so not very sturdy. And the breakfast was depressing… a biscuit and gravy was the only hot food offering. Overall, not worth it.

The property was in dire need of repair - windows, screens, door latches. Our room door would not latch until my husband out his shoulder into it! The bedding was clean but it felt like you were sleeping on sandpaper. Won't be staying here again.

We were greeted at the front desk very nicely. Breakfast is standard hotel "fast food" -- adequate. Coffee okay. It is obvious that Baymont has recently acquired this property. It didn't look quite finished. All that aside. The help was especially helpful, especially Joe who seemed to do almost everything. My wife and I look forward to seeing the finished property!

Hotel was under construction, not very clean, didn't seem to be well-staffed, also was overbooked and ended up giving us a room that was half under construction. Air conditioner died in the middle of the night - making a loud noise and putting off a very weird smell. Maybe hotel will be better once renovations are completed.

Our stay was great, Mr. Shah was very friendly, professional and accomodating..I would highly recommend this hotel, newly renovated and cleaned..

Would not recommend this property. Our family was passing through on a road trip so wanted a basic but clean hotel room to sleep for 8 hours and then be on our way. However, our room was very dirty. The entire floor was sticky, and there was a pile of hair and dust pushed against the wall. Like the cleaners forgot to pick it up after sweeping. I’m sure it had not been mopped. There was no soap in the bathroom. Had to go to front desk to ask for this. Also no shampoo, no bedside lamp, dent in bathroom door, towels had stains on them, and the middle part of window screen had been torn out. The front desk staff were great, room was not.
