No hot water. Had to wake staff to check out (no information on early check out).

To start the heater did not work and it was 40 degrees outside. Then the hot water was not hot but cool you had to jump in and out. To make things worse the check in time in my reservation said 11 am when we get to the hotel they said not until 2pm, they said they have no clue where Expedia received the wrong check in time. Front staff not helpful and just rude.

When I checked in, the front desk said they didn’t have any rooms left even though I had a reservation. They said they had two handicap rooms available but I couldn’t stay there bc I wasn’t handicapped even though it was 10pm at night. Then they said they had a room with two double beds but it was $50 more. They said I had to call Expedia, cancel, and then rebook. As many of u k ow that is not easy to do day of. They finally gave me a handicap room. U fortunately there was a lot of hair in the shower. And parts of the bed fell of in the middle of the night

Odor of cigarettes in room and hallway. Very outdated. Had a kitchenette with no cups, silverware, coffee pot. Nothing. One small bar of soap in bathroom.

Didnt like that the water wouldnt get very hot. Bed not very comfortable and only 1 pillow per person which was flat.

No smoking policy is out the door first thing you smell is weed and cigarettes which my son had a very hard time dealing with. Stayed 2 nights no one came to clean or add towels definitely not returning.

Overall good. The room was space and not as comfy as I would have hoped. The hallways are very dull and it would be great to see better decor. Affordable and ok

The mini kitchen is nice.

The room was extremely clean, but it did have a very weird smell to it. It may have been the cleaning products that were not that pleasant but overall it was OK.

Didn’t have a remote for the tv and they couldn’t find one. Shower rod was broken down . Just needed work in the room I was in

Loud guests who would hang outside and talk too long. Half the guests seemed to be travelers and half locals without a place to stay.

My veichle was stolen from lot. They had cameras on all areas of parking 24 7. There was no one watching the cameras between 10pm and 9am. When i told staff the following morning they sauud they would look at videos. All day long they havent looked at videos when i che ked out at 530 pm. Staff was busy getting ready for reps coming soon. I made a police report and the cops did not follow up ghe following day for camera footage. Do not park any veichles here. They have residents that stay long periods.

Very interesting establishment full of wonderful people management is the most important part of any company and to hear and see God-fearing people with big hearts running an establishment is a blessing
