Not located in a good area of town.

Wonderful place to stay!

I had to be moved rooms. One of the bed had food all over it as well as the pillow. Roach eggs on the floor! Night stand sticky! The second room was a hint cleaner. Jelly on its floors. Tv stopped working. First floor smells like pee when you enter from the door. It was loud all around us. So no sleep. The lady at front desk was great though.

I had the worst experience with them I couldn't ever get any service I made reservations and had to sleep at the front door bcuz NO1 wanted to do thier job AnD COME TO THE DOOR TO SERVICE ME AND MY 59 YEAR OLD MOTHER .. SO NOT ONLY DID THEY NOT HONOR MY RESERVATION THEY ALLOWED THEMSELVES TO KEEP ANSWERING THE PHONE AND LYING ABOUT THEY HAD SOMEONE COMING TO HELP US ..!!

You cannot go out any door but the front door without setting off a fire alarm very inconvenient for ppl that smoke or are disabled

Shane and the staff is amazing. This is a great place to stay. The facility is always so clean. It smells so fresh 24 hours a day. All I can say is your appreciated.

Laundry facility is state of the art complete with machines that you pay for right from your phone. So you expect the machines to do certain things like the washing machines are supposed to drain and rinse and spin and the dryers are supposed heat up and dry clothes. I spent $11.25 to wash a single load of laundry but the load never washed and rinsed so i had dirty and now wet laundry that tumbled in a dryer that never got hot and everything that myself and my two toddlers had to wear was soaking wet and after showing the guy at the front desk washing machine still full of water that didn't drain and explaining that the dryer never got hot and that i have 2 toddlers and everything we have is soaked and cant be worn, he said contact the people who own the machines there is nothing he can do, he refused to refund my money, he wouldnt start a dryer for me and wouldn't use the housekeeping dryer to dry the laundry that we needed. I had to take two toddlers one wearing nothing but a diaper the other wearing her panties and myself wearing jeans literally dripping wet to a laundromat 5 miles away because this facility couldnt be bothered to give a basic service to a customer and I was upset and i told the employee that he was very unprofessional and his response was keep arguing with me and i will kick you off of the property right now! Pitiful management!!!

Overall average. No ice machines. We accidently locked ourselves out around 2am we had to make 3 phone calls and wait for the better part of an hour. When the night clerk finally came, who was apparently sleeping, he was disgruntled and griping. "I have to sleep too, people." I politely apoligized for the inconvenience and he walked away mumbling. I will probably not be staying here again.

Absolutely disgusting I got bite by bugs! Found a giant roach in my room the size of my hand! They were so rude when I tried to communicate my concerns and they moved me to a room that had NO AC! Staff was terrible this was the worst experience I’ve ever had !

Everything was fine especially for the price.

I booked my trip last minute since im traveling. I got to the hotel after 11pm and the front office was closed. I followed their procedure and still no one. I called hotels.com and they said they were going to call someone, but no one showed up. I ended having to buy another room at a different hotel. ALSO, im still waiting on my refund from hotels.com!!! Seems they are taking their time to refund me.

Very low end. Not worth the rate I paid.

While there were some hiccups, the staff and management were quick to resolve issues. The staff are really lovely people and I enjoyed chatting with the various folks staying here. The hotel is dog friendly and they loved my pup!

Lots of people hanging out in the parking lot — all hours of the night. Never saw another person working after the night I checked in. I left the hotel between 9:30-10:00 each morning and no one around.
