I absolutely love staying here! The location is fantastic, and the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. There are also two restaurants to choose from, making it a truly great place to stay. Teplice is the city, and Hotel Monopol is the place to be!

Outstanding, clean and staff were fantastic.

The room was really nice - best shower ever! The one meal (dinner) I had on site was good. Staff was all nice and really helpful. Had a nice massage in the wellness center, which is also really well done. I’d definitely return.

Trevligt hotel med trevlig omgivning Lite sliter Ovanligt varmt på rummet även att elementen inte var på och fönstret öppet. Oerhört lyhört, man hörde grannens duschstrålar mot väggen.

Pessoal excelente, muito simpáticos de referir um funcionário fantástico sempre pronto a ajudar com um sorriso o David , Massagem do Spa fantástica uma excelente experiência. Sem dúvida a repetir.

The hotel is beautiful, all the areas are clean. The staff was nice, helpful and fast. Everything is perfect except the soundproofing of the room. I've been woken up in the next room since 4:30. You can hear absolutely everything, including small noises such as the mobile phone charger being pulled out of the socket. Putting things on the table, etc...

One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. If you’re here, definitely book a spa treatment for yourself. Breakfast was incredible. No AC, so the room was quite hot at night but other than that, a very comfortable and restful stay.

Lack of care for customers. Bathroom not cleaned during the stay. Not renovated part of the hotel. Refilling of soap not done, towels not cleaned and changed

Trochu dražší jídlo v hotelové restauraci. Chuťově však výborné.

Ač se hotel nacházel na rušné ulici, v pokoji byl klid. V hotelu se nám velmi líbilo. Velmi ochotný personál. Zvlášť bych chtěla pochválit p. Magdalenu Orság Paučkovou za profesionální přístup nad rámec svých povinností. Bohaté snídaně a velmi dobré pivo.
