Walls need insulation, I could hear the people in the room next door talking

Loved this gem of a hotel. We had a large party of 10 and the staff couldn’t not do enough for us. We loved this spot, close to everything, very walkable. Nice little bar on site with an outdoor courtyard, full restaurant as well. Breakfast was amazing. When our pre-booked airport shuttle service fell through they had us looked after in no time and we. We’re picked up and delivered to the airport in plenty of time! Will stay here again, and I’m a travel consultant, so I won’t hesitate to send clients their way either.

Good quiet stop for the Windsor Triathlon, with a nice little leg stretch into town in the morning. Staff were very helpful with an amendment to our reservation when run off their feet. Would definitely stay again

Un edificio muy bonito pero las habitaciones son extremadamente pequeñas que realmente no son cómodas. Se encierra mucho el calor pero al ser tan pequeña, el aire acondicionado pega de firma directa . La comida en su restaurante es realmente muy mala

The hotel is in an ideal postion, situated on the High Street, convenient for shopping and within a walkable distance of Warwick castle. Choice of areas to eat. In the bar areas, on the terrace (situated at the back of the hotel) or in the main restaurant. Good choice of food both at breakfast and evening. A small car park makes it even more appealling. Friendly and helpful staff. Hotel has been recently redecorated through out to a high standard.

No elevator had to go up a lot of stairs with suitcases. Bed next to the wall very small room bathroom very tight. Breakfast was good parking was good.

A lovely friendly hotel with extremely helpful staff. Room was good standard and made up when requested. Very close access to the Windsor Long walk. A freshly cook lovely breakfast every day.ony a adequate choice of continental options. We were disappointed that the restaurant was close Sunay and Mondays

Loved that they had parking! You had to pay for it but it was worth the £20 ! Staff was very helpful as we were new to area.

Breakfast great, staff a credit to the hotel. Needs a bit of an upgrade No draught beer/lager in bar was disapointing Room ok but ours had a difficult shower to use as under stairs and one day when room cleaned no replenishment of toilet paper - attention to detail missed there. Location great for Windsor and surrounding area. A bit pricey for the state of hotl and Parking a nightmare!!!

Air conditioning in rooms a must in hot weather so we loved that the rooms were cold beautiful bathroom and shower. Breakfast lovely staff friendly . Easy walk into Windsor book parking at hotel . Nice garden to sit in which is great. Hotel location excellent

Very poor lighting in the room. No where to put on makeup where you could see.

This beautiful hotel was well kept and staffed by caring folks. Our premium double room was clean, quiet and large. We had a wonderful sleep and a full breakfast the next morning. The parking was definitely worth the reservation. All in all a perfect stay in a lovely area! Would recommend!

Just got back from a 2 night stay, Lovely hotel, staff very accommodating, great breakfast. Our room was clean but small, had everything in it, tv, hairdryer, safe, iron & ironing board. Bed very comfy. Not too far to walk to the castle/shops. The pub called the Windsor castle done a great steak. Would return

Really nice stay straight facing the long walk and only a few minutes from centre of Windsor. Reception staff were lovely . Will definitely stay again.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff were helpful, and friendly. Definitely going to stay here again when visiting London
