Just got back from a 2 night stay, Lovely hotel, staff very accommodating, great breakfast. Our room was clean but small, had everything in it, tv, hairdryer, safe, iron & ironing board. Bed very comfy. Not too far to walk to the castle/shops. The pub called the Windsor castle done a great steak. Would return

Really nice stay straight facing the long walk and only a few minutes from centre of Windsor. Reception staff were lovely . Will definitely stay again.

The breakfast was amazing. The staff were helpful, and friendly. Definitely going to stay here again when visiting London

Dog friendly, EV charging point available (for a fee), friendly and professional staff. Ten to fifteen minute walk to town centre, two minutes to the Long Walk.

Breakfast made to order not buffet style. Locality is excellent to the town and castle Would stay again

Room was clean and a good size with tea, coffee, biscuits and bottled water. Bathroom was a wet room and needed more shelving and towel hooks.

Lovely hotel, friendly staff. Shame that on top of room price parking is 20 pounds per night . It's residents only so not sure why price is so hugh. They have removed their free welcome drink policy but it was offered on my Expedia voucher so I had to prove we were offered it which made me feel a bit cheap. Breakfast delicious but poached eggs were hard poached not runny like last time😔. Shame. Also the waitress was rather aggressive over us request to sit together at a table for 4 that was only laid for 2. We asked to sit together then as she was setting up the table we were told if you want to sit together you need to ask. Well we just had asked so this felt a little like we were being reprimanded! There were plenty of empty tables. However room was lovely

Lovely breakfast and friendly staff. Enjoyable stay overall.

Charged twice for parking. Building and room in particular very tired and in need of renovation for the price they charge. Waiter messed up our breakfast both days. We stayed in room 45 which a separate building which was off the carpark beside the main building. There were flood lights for the carpark which were on a timer that didn’t switch off till after 10.30pm with very poor window coverings we all struggled to get to sleep. All in all worst hotel we’ve stayed at in many years.

Staff all lovely and food very good - though the breakfast buffet leaves a lot to be desired the cooked breakfast made up for it. The hotel is tired and directly under the landing flight path at times !!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was fine but the building is old with no lift and lots of stairs. Breakfast was substantial. My room was quite small but adequate for a short stay.

Very friendly and helpful staff. The food was excellent, both breakfast and dinner. Ideally situated opposite the great park. Would definitely recommend.
