The property is very charming and has a great eclectic decor. It is among the closest hotels to the train station and the proprietor Frederick is very helpful and kind. Highly recommended.

Great small hotel in an amazing location within the old city walls. Very charming hotel with character. Very clean and helpful owner. Be mindful that there are lots of stairs to get to your room depending on what floor you are in. Check-in closes at 8pm nightly so reconfirm your arrival time. We almost missed out on our first night’s accommodation.

The owner provided us with lots of information on Avignon including shopping, restaurants and sightseeing. The hotel is older but very clean with comfortable beds. No elevator which might be a problem if you have any mobility issues.

This hotel is in a good situation and is good for the price. The hotel needs a little updating

Hotelzimmer ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Renovierung wäre bald angebracht. Dennoch sauber und sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Service. Daher würde ich es auch wieder buchen.

Excellent location. Friendly helpful owner . Shower room disappointing - no bracket to hold shower head on wall so needed to hold shower head.

Lapset rakastivat hotellin aulassa loikoilleita kissoja. Lähellä juna- ja linja-autoasemaa Kaikki nähtävä pienen kävelymatkan päässä.

Hôtel has close proximity to the railway station and the centre ville . It is a quaint and characterful run by a really friendly host. Room was great - the stairs give an interesting optical illusion when you go up them !! Lots of help and advice offered about the town by the owner who was very much trying to help you have the most from your trip . Excellent value for the money

Localização boa mas por não ter estacionamento próprio, acaba dificultando o acesso. Quarto de tamanho bom mas precisando urgentemente de reformas principalmente no banheiro que conta com muitas avarias. Difícil acesso aos quartos por meio das escadas.

Great little stay in the centre. Very helpfull team. The property is "quirky" and quite dated, but totally acceptable. You may have some issues with access if you have any mobility issues as some if the stairs are quite steep and tight. The host, was great. Advised us of places to go and avoid and we had a great night.

After 8 pm the front entry is locked, front desk is unmanned an an entry code is needed to get in. Room lighting very inadequate. Motion sensors in the hall did not work. Needed to use our phone flashlight to find the key hole in the door lock. Room furnishings were dated.

Property only deserves one star.

Hotellet är väldigt centralt beläget innanför de gamla stadsmurarna. Man kan stanna vid hotellet för att lasta ur bilen, sedan måste man köra o parkera bilen utanför gamla stan. Man får inte tillgång till rummet förrän kl 16 men vi kunde ställa av väskorna och fick bra tips om vad vi kunde göra i Avignon. Första intrycket var väldigt trevligt! Rummet blev tyvärr en besvikelse: det låg på markplan, utan fönster med en dörr mot en liten mörk bakgård som är gemensam med ett annat lägenhetshus. Rummet luktade mögel och det stank avlopp i badrummet. Vi ville inte ha dörren öppen pga säkerhetsskäl men AC-n fungerade inte. Så det blev en natt i ett rum med instängt och dålig luft. Vi påtalade problemen för personalen men fick bara tillbaka att vi är de första som klagat och det är det finaste rummet de har….
