Excellent! Staff helped bring bags up few stairs to room. No elevator. Hot tub blocked off as undergoing restoration. Pool large, clean. Both deep and shallow. Would happily return to this Inn!

This hotel is under construction in some rooms. The sports bar was not open…the ice machine had no ice. The rooms that we booked were SO dark…they definitely need more/better lighting. The beds were comfy. The bathroom amenities (shampoo etc) were really nice. Free breakfast was good. In my opinion, this hotel is highly over-priced.

The lobby was very nice. Hot tub closed. The room's lighting was dim and tired looking. The curtain does not has sheers behind the curtain so you cant use natural light without people walking past your window.

Room still had garbage in the trash from the previous guest. Bathroom was partially cleaned, room was very dim, which made it difficult to work in. No restaurant or bar

My only complaint is a lost key costs $50 - seems a bit excessive

Nice place

Expedia canceled my reservation so when I arrived there were NO ROOMS. I spent hours trying to find a room at 8:30 at night and had to cross the border into the US to get a room. I will NEVER book with Expedia again
