El personal muy amable. Las pocas fallas reportadas las resolvieron rápido. Hotel limpio, buen precio. Desayuno bastante aceptable.

La habitación estaba limpia, el personal de limpieza pasaba a hacer sus actividades diario, el personal de la cocina también eran muy amables.

The room was clean and homey, and the staff were all super kind and knowledgeable about the hotel and its amenities. They answered quickly to my request for airport transportation.

Aun faltaban 20min para las 10am (cierre de desayuno) y ya no habia los alimentos principales y no quisieron abastecer mas. En la madrugada se escuchaba mucho ruido en el pasillo.

No es la primera vez que me hospedo aquí, y realmente siempre selecciono este hotel por el desayuno, el cual nos informaron era hasta las 10:30 a.m., pero al presentarnos a las 10:00 a.m., no había vajilla y el personal empezó a retirar los alimentos sin dar ninguna explicación. En recepción solo se disculparon, sin ofrecer solución.

Lugar limpio. Buena comida en el restaurante. Amable atención en recepción y de todo el personal.

En general todo bien, solo que el estacionamiento es pequeño y el desayuno termina muy temprano (10:30). Servicio y atención por parte del personal es muy bueno.

The hotel is good for the price But the nigth front desk girl was so rude I did a check out at 11 pm the room was only for me and my kid and when we arrive , my sister was with us because she picked us from de airport and drove us to the hotel But since we arrives rhe girl was looking my sister wear like angry I told her she was just like visit , my sister will not to say with us all the nigth , and she didnt let her even take the elevator with us Only because it was already late, otherwise I would have canceled my reservation. The sad thing is because I was a frequent customer but since then ill never come back here.
