Overall average but definitely needs work. Every ice machine on every floor was broken / out of order. The climate control in the room was unstable. I would wake up hot at night and at other times it was fine. The thermostat on the wall and on the AC unit itself did nothing when I turned it down so probably controlled by mgmt. Other than that it was clean enough for me and everything else in the room worked. The breakfast was also good and a nice bonus as many suites with a kitchenette do not even have breakfast.

Excelente opción en general si lo que buscas es un hotel de Carretera.

Lamp was rusty, black hair on the bed, check in girl, was outside with her BABY when we arrived and had to wait to be checked in. The girls friends were hanging out in the lobby as well and the bed gave me a backache. Oh and the toilet didn’t flush correctly. Only thing was good, was the waffle at breakfast!

El hotel es en verdad abandonado! Es para otro propósito! Si vas con tu familia nos lo recomiendo. Nosotros reservamos una habitación con dos camas dobles porque éramos 4. Nos dijeron que la habitación ya no estaba disponible y nos podían ofrecer dos habitaciones, le dije que si pero después nos dijo que nos ofrecía una habitación con cama King más amplia y un sofá cama. El sofá cama estaba sucio e incómodo! Mis hijas no descansaron . En la cama habían chinches.lo bueno que fue sol lo una noche pero seguro nunca regreso. El desayuno que ofrecen está terrible, el café súper quemado, habían tipo salchichas y estaban hasta secas de tanto que recalientan. Ni una manzana o plátano así como ofrecen en otros hoteles. La verdad feo

Staff not proffessional Breakfast was poor and only served because we insisted. Staff had breakfast at the same time sitting among guests. Talking loud, using offensive language. Leaving just two tables for guests to seat.

The moment I walked in, I was sideeyed by a lady at the front desk, who said I wasnt able to check in early, understandable. We asked about the pool, she said it was going to be closed due to a wedding party, we weren’t going to be able to use it. At the time of checking in, we were greeted by Mario, super amazing guy! Our rooms didn’t lock, we had issues with our TVs. No one was in the pool, both days. My kids were upset that they couldn't enjoy the sun in the pool. On our last night, we asked for extras towels, Andy at the front desk told us it was 2 bath towels, & 2 wash cloths per room only, & the hotel didn’t have extras to hand out. It was me & another guest asking for towels to shower up after a hot long day. She was given 2 towels. I was given one. && before Andy gave me a clean towel, he tried to give me what looked like used towels that were there on his desk. We brought towels in town at a Dollar General. Breakfast was super good, the Texas waffles! Staff was AMAZING! Two cleaning ladies helped us out with an extra blanket. Lastly we had our kids with us, && we got a suite with a pull out bed. We had to rearrange the furniture in the room to pull it out. That mattress was super uncomfortable. We’ll be checking out another hotel when we’re back in town.

This was our first time staying at this hotel And will most definitely be our last. We stayed 3 nights at this place and not once did we have house keeping clean our room or replace our towels with fresh clean ones. By the second night of our stay, we walked down to the lobby to ask the man on duty for 2 clean towels, he proceeded to say, "How many beds does your room have? So you're telling me you have NO towels in your room? I'm going to recommend that you bring your dirty towels down here so we can wash them for you". After telling us they were short on towels, he handed us two towels... I said very little to the man to prevent an argument but, WE have to bring our towels to YOU??? Last I checked we were the paying customers and every room is required a DAILY cleaning and restock! To add to this we killed a total of 6 roaches and slept in stained sheets and not one ice maker was working, all with out of order signs. We were also assigned a room facing IH35 were you could hear every single passing vehicle in the middle of the night. Nobody to really blame for that but still, if you plan on staying here, ask for a room thats facing the oposite side of the highway so you can actually sleep.

The staff were so incredibly friendly. Quick to respond. Will always be my go to place when In Cotulla!

Muy buen hotel

When I arrived to check in no one was at reception so after 10 minutes I called. The desk person said she was out doing an errand and would return shortly. She did after another 10 minutes and when I got to room there was no remote. I returned to desk where she handed me one but it didn’t work. I called and she came up with another one. The ice machine and the coffee maker also were “broken.” Breakfast was not hot and the clerk said they were waiting for the “truck”. This was 8:45am so we just left. Terrible experience and unusual for an Expedia booking
