Perfect French family with 3 children Good price, clean, nice room

Place was great!

The stay was good, breakfast was very good. We stayed two nights, room was not straighten, had to request towels for the second night.

Old rooms, old air conditiining that couldn't be adjusted. Bathrooms are nice and spacious. Fridge did not work, but a replacement was brought up withing 20 minutes. Hotel lobby and pool area was nice. Complimentary breakfast was good. Staff was nice and kept area very clean. Great location with restaurants and Target withing walking dinstance. Hotel charges additional $10 per night for parking.

Pool area and bar were very nice and relaxing! Also really enjoyed the separate area from the bed for sitting and lounging! Would definitely stay again!

All the essentials you need onsite - pool, bar, restaurant, breakfast, Starbucks, mini mart for snacks and alcohol to go. Free shuttle to parks on time and efficient.

Though the room was nice and very clean on check in, there was no maid service for the first four nights, we had to call and ask for more toilet paper and asked about maid service. We were told they should have been cleaning the room. They cleaned the room the night before we checked out

Our stay was great. More then we expected. Staff was very responsive to our needs, and didn't surprise us with nickle and dime charges. Definitely will book with this property again.

The room was spacious and clean, the beds were very comfortable. The showers had long lasting hot water and the breakfast had a good amount of options. The pool was nice and big and the pool bar was nice. The staff were very kind.

Experiência de hospedagem excelente. Para quem vai para a Dinesy a localização é perfeita, tem muito próximo um centro comercial com um target pequeno e que tem tudo que se precisa para hospedagem, Five Guys, Walgreens 24hs, entre outras lojas. Para quem vai para Universal, saiba que terá uns 40min de trânsito que flui bem, mas deve ser levado em consideração. Me hospedaria novamente. A nota ruim fica por conta de um erro na recepção: por tratar-se de um complexo de hotéis, cheguei ao primeiro que me Waze indicou. Check-in realizado, devidamente hospedado, família já dormindo e tentam acessar meu quarto próximo à meia noite. Duas vezes. Na terceira vez levantei e era um segurança do hotel. Me perguntou nome e se havia realizado check-in. No outro dia quando voltei do parque minhas keys de acesso tinham sido canceladas ao tentar entrar no quarto. Fui à recepçao e tive uns bons 10 minutos de constrangimento até que a atendente fez contato com a gerente e descobriram que meu check-in, por erro da recepção, foi aceito no hotel errado do complexo. Ajustaram para o hotel que eu estava e tudo foi resolvido. Fora a tensão da situação de tentarem acessar o quarto e constrangimento de cancelarem chaves de acesso, foi uma hospesagem tranquila, com café da manhã bom e hotel muito bem localizado.

A very confused rule about the cleaning of the room. Several days with no towels in the room.

Good location just outside of Orlando

Your property was very nice, my family really enjoyed the amenities and the rooms were very nice. The Flamingo Bar was excellent, the food and drinks really exceeded my expectations.
