I thought the overall experience was just ok. There were always a lot of men hanging out outside of the front of the hotel smoking. The inside of the hotel smelled like weed most of the time. The front desk staffed seemed nice and attentive. The room itself was fine. I will say there was hair and a dead bug smashed on the wall of the bathroom. But other than that the towels were soft and the rest of the room felt generally clean. For the price, I think it was worth it.

Multiple groups of people loitering in the parking lot. Loud noise from highway even though we were on the other side of the hotel. Entryway had a horrible smell.

Very low price, but ok. Clean room. Nicely appointed as well. Nothing special, but right off the highway. No issues.

No trash can in bathroom. TV was tipped over due to broken stand and the AC/heat unit control panel was broke.

Nice accommodations with efficiency kitchen, especially for the price. Easy access, right off the interstate. Only drawback was the occasional unpleasant odors from cooking in guest rooms.

None bothered us... Had an amazing time and very relaxing peaceful and clean

Didn’t sleep well at all. Residents are remote workers, made lots of noise at all hours. Highway was SUPER ANNOYING having to listen to traffic all night. Oh yeah, then there was the guy in the elevator with a bottle of booze at his feet, along with his pants and underwear, no joke! Safe to say I’ll find someplace else to stay next time.

Hotel billed itself at "smoke free" but the room smelled of smoke. Maybe it is smoke free now, but it wasn't, and that smell doesn't go away.

I’m not one to normally write reviews but overall I had a good experience at the suburban. My room had a kitchenette that was cleaned and sanitized upon my arrival. I’m overall pleased with my stay.

I stay at this property during work trips to the Washington area. The grounds are well kept this is especially import because I take my two lab pups with me. There are beautiful parks to run or walk dogs close and there is wonderful food of all kinds with in a short drive. Great value.

Happy with front desk service. We got early to reservation. They got room ready shortly. Helped me get water bottle vending machine to work.
