Decent place to stay

The room was on the roadside and the road was noisy but in the room was quiet. Came back about 1:00 AM from a concert at the casino and no parking was available. Had to park at the last spot at an adjacent hotel so more parking would be nice.

Went down in morning about 7:30 for coffee, 4 pots all cold left over from previous night, half breakfast items missing, girl working was outside on her phone when she came in I asked for fresh coffee. 20 minutes later she brings out 2, one is Luke warm other is fresh and hot, she left the other 2 cold ones and did not replace. She was not dressed professionally and did not really seem to care about anything, just putting in her time.

Room and service were excellent as expected; especially enjoyed the make your own omelette and breakfast burrito!

Very clean and overall a great stay!

I was very dissatisfied with our whole experience and learned not to every book and extended stay when you are not positive on your end date. Because it was booked third party, the hotel was unwilling to even make a room change without charging full price again for a different room. Also they would not work with us to short our stay. They wanted us to contact hotel.com or Expedia to make changes. Lots of luck finding a number to call to do that. We book the room for three people and ended up in a room with two DOUBLE DEDS not queens. I asked to change rooms because of that. In the room we were in, we were packed in, which made it nearly unbearable. The breakfast are was “make your own” waffles and omelets. Some mornings the wait time made McDonald's the best option.

This is a smoke free hotel, yet 3 times during our short stay there were guests smoking either in our hallway or their own room. The smell was very unpleasant, especially for a non smoker. When I inquired about the smoke smell and a few other items, the older woman at the front desk said she “could give us a fan and that tomorrow should be a nice day outside”. I don’t really care if tomorrow is nice outside for the people who smoke, they shouldn’t be smoking in the building just because it’s cold outside. The older woman working on Friday afternoon was not accommodating at all.

No one was at the desk until 9:00 in the morning. No regular coffee in the room, only decaf! Pool and whirlpool were great! Room was great! Breakfast was nice! Eggs, cereal, yogurt, different breads, fruit, milk, orange juice, but weak coffee.

Met all my expectations

I really liked all the little things that made it feel like a 5 star property. You can tell they take great care. When we came to the pool they had two towels stacked at each table, ready for guests. They had kids life jackets, beach balls and other pool toys available. The hot tub was really nice, we'll maintained and clean. Our room was crisp and clean and I thought it was cute how they made a toilet paper flower and stamped it on the start of the roll over a little fold. The continental breakfast was really nice, loved their omelet making station. Definitely coming here again. And bringing the kiddo next time!

Really enjoyed our stay, it was quiet and the bed was very comfortable. Solid breakfast as well. Would stay here again if we were in the area.
