Flower gardens were all weeds, exterior not inviting at all. Patio had old bbq falling apart, chairs not cleaned off.

Turn on all the lights in the room, you will see bed sheets and pillow covers are filthy yellow. Same with bathroom towels, not a single one was bleach white. Also got a bug bite on the neck area, three bites which is swollen pretty bad. Avoid the pillows for sure.

Only issue I had was it was cold but the weather was very cold so don't blame the hotel.

Great spot for us blue collar traveller's!! Loved it. Thanks for everything!

Bath room needs so upkeep , smoke detector missing.

I have stayed there 2 different times. Both times needed to add a extra day. No problems.

Good place to stay. Clean, friendly, no real issues.

Concierge was very accommodating when we needed an extra night.

Messy potholes gravel lump water hole, Not safety steel Matt for boots and my dog can’t walk hurt feet from steel Matt floor outsides. Not clean toilet.

My room smelled like cigarette smoke

The good: I was very pleasantly surprised to learn that this property offers both complimentary breakfast AND supper, and the supper menu was, for the most part, very good. The not-so-good: The hot breakfast meat items were empty every morning when I went down to have breakfast. The staff were extremely slow to replenish them. My co-worker waited 45 minutes before giving up. When I was ready to check out, nobody was at the front desk. As per the instructions on the sign, I rang the bell.l and waited. After ringing and waiting three times with no response, I left a note saying what had happened and when I would return. While the staff member did apologize for the earlier non-response, had I been in a hurry or late for work, it would have been a major problem.

I ended up working late and found this hotel in Esterhazy so I decided to stay for the night the front desk was friendly I showed him my reservation in my app but it was not showing at first in their system so he told me he believes me but its not on their system. It took a while but I felt he was not going to let me check in due to that issue even thought I had a confirmed reservation, I also informed him the fridge had a loud noise that woke me up and I showed him the video of it. Other than that it was a nice hotel I would stay again

Checked in the evening of Nov 22, 2023. when I went to my room there was a garbage bin filled with garbage under the kitchen sink. Later that same evening just before taking a shower I checked the tiles on the shower walls, they looked dirty so I tried cleaning with wipes which, was very dirty especially half way down to the flooring. I took the used wipes to the front desk as proof that the rooms are not properly maintained. The male receptionist/ supervisor responded saying, "what you want me to do, if you are looking for something to complain about you will find it, there are 40 guest here and you are the only guest complaining. i replied "are you calling me a liar" he replied, "No, you are not comfortable here, leave". I stayed the night as it was approximately 10:00, the next evening I checked out. I did not sleep the night, feeling uncomfortable.

Nice little hotel

There was supposed be a free breakfast until 9 am. However both mornings by 7 there was nothing left with no staff around that you could even ask for a coffee

The room is quiet snd the bed is very comfortable but the pillows suck. So bring your own pillow but the kitchen was great to have. The breakfast was very delicious

It was a nice change to have not only a breakfast available for guests, but also a dinner!

I had to clean my bathroom myself. Toothpaste and hair in sink and shower was just dirty

No breakfast as advertised. Room was not made up and shower was borderline unusable it was so unclean. Do not recommend.
