The variety of food was not the best, and hotel was not well equipped for heavy rain and flooding. However, the management of the hotel was great at helping with our request, for example we got a new room due to the air conditioning not working. Overall, it was not the best experience.

Needs more dinning options. The lobby TOO hot at night time.

This hotel is in poor condition. The restaurant area, reception, and open bar are leaking everywhere. The only good thing about this place is its waiters. It's very expensive for the service they offer.

Was leaking everywhere , front desk was not the best but regular , people they do the rooms and outside of the pool ect were very nice love them . Food was not that good only breakfast was ok

El hotel está claramente sobrevalorado. Lo que pagas no se refleja en lo que recibes. Aunque el personal fue amable y atento, las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear: están viejas, descuidadas y a todo necesita una remodelación completa. Todo el lugar se siente anticuado y falto de mantenimiento. En lo personal la habitación que me dieron tenía filtraciones del aire acondicionado, estaba sucio, tuve alergias por el polvo que estaba de meses en las cortinas, pedí que las cambiaran y no hicieron nada. La relación calidad-precio simplemente no está justificada. Me fui con una sensación de haber desperdiciado mi dinero, y sinceramente, no me volvería a hospedar aquí.

Great resort with a lot of fun activities. The beach was clean. The staff is outstanding from the front desk to the servers and the cleaning staff. Everyone greets you entry time they see you. The 24hr cafe was fantastic. My main complaint was the food. It was not good at all. Breakfast lunch and dinner at the buffet were always lacking options and the options tasted awful. The only thing I really ate was the tacos at the Mexican restaurant other than that we had to keep leaving the resort to the mall next door to get food.

Terrible. You cancelled paid in full reservation because I couldnt get there the day of. Delta caused the delay. Not me. Don’t understand why you would just cancel my entire stay.

I believe this is a 3 star hotel, it provides the minimum for a good stay: Comfortable beds, some good food options, very helpful staff, ocean front. Old property, needs lots of maintenance. Some hints: from the moment you arrive people will work hard to sell you something, It cost me 3 hours of my time fending off sales people and in exchange I received some good discounts. The place is crowded, but I like that as opposed to higher end resorts that are lonely. Met lots of families. All buffet/restaurants have at least a few good options, trial and error. I enjoyed the entertainment program. Kids had a blast, didn’t want to leave.

DO NOT STAY HERE. The worst. Cheap food, cheap drinks. Beach bar everything taste like soap. Furniture in bedrooms extremely old and dirty. Terrible Check in experience (charged me additional for my partner in a 2 people stay) average 7.0 rate is still to high. I would go with 3.0.

Staff was very kind and hospitable. The activities for the kids were good and easy to join and leave! They had a waterside area, pool with shallow part and tame spots along the beach for the littles to play. The entertainment was good and the food and drinks were also good. We have been to higher rated resorts but this one was everything we needed and perfect location along the beach and close to airport!

El servicio del personal, concierge, etc., muy buenos. Sólo tuve una mala experiencia debido a la falta de camastros, deberían de tener una mejor organización y solución para ello, ya que desde muy temprano la gente se va a apartarlos, y los deja sin usar por horas, y eso le quita derecho a las personas que sí desean usarlos en ese preciso momento. Aunque por reglamento del hotel les dan 30 minutos para apartarlos, no se respeta el tiempo, y uno de los vigilantes se negó a hacer algo al respecto, aunque por parte de concierge se hicieron cargo al día siguiente. Deberían tener más camastros, o prohibir el apartado.
