Stayed in the family suite. Good sized room. Bed a little close to the wall AC unit, but that’s really the only complaint. Comfortable beds and black out curtains were nice.

Clean and safe!

Fairfield hotel room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. The grounds were very nice especially since we had our dog. The staff was great - so friendly and helpful.

Disappointed. We had three rooms. The rooms were okay. Toiletries included one bar of soap and a small bottle of hand lotion. The shower gel in the shower was empty. I was disappointed by the service. Upon check in they asked if we wanted room service and I replied yes, none of the three rooms ever received room service. We were there for several days so we asked for fresh towels, cups, etc. They never did delivery the request to one of the rooms. I was very disappointed with our stay.

This hotel was a perfect family friendly hotel. The breakfast was a great perk that made getting off to where we needed, flawless. I have to note also, the pool was actually heated!!! I was so freaking glad. Normally the indoor pools are barely tolerable. This made swimming with the kids great!!

The hotel was great. We did have a room that the floor in the bathroom and the carpet were not clean. Also a cup was left on the far end of the beds. I let the front desk know and we switched rooms. Our second room had a spoon on the floor on the far end of the room on the other side of the bed. The room was very clean besides that. The pool was wonderful and we were able to roast marshmallows over the fire pit. Breakfast was good had many options. When they say they close breakfast at 9 they mean it. People were still dining and the breakfast lady was cleaning it up and putting everything away. I would suggest extending your breakfast hours

The front desk staff was great. She was attentive, friendly, and more than what we could have wanted. We had a bad experience with our original room, the sheets were dirty, floors were a little dirty, and just not what we expected. Our second room was much better. My only complaint was the beds were increasingly uncomfortable. I’ve never had an issue with beds before but I was up by 4am with intense back pain from the stiff bed. I’d suggest working on getting new mattresses.

Sad the hot tub wasn't working which was the reason for choosing this hotel. However, Jamie and the rest of the Fairfield people were amazing!!!!

If staying in Scottsbluff, this hotel is great. Friendly and helpful staff. Room was very clean. Great experience. Would definitely stay here again.

The spa wasn't working it was under maintenance but the pool had heated water which it was amazing and the breakfast unlike other hotels it's worth it

We were very disappointed to find out the hot tub wasn't working when we got there. Normally stay at another hotel when in the area, but my husband was wanting a hot tub this time. Also, I thought the bed was really hard. Otherwise, the hotel was good. Nice to have a hot breakfast on a cold morning. Also, the noon check out was good for us this trip.

Friendly service and overall good experience. The price seemed a little overpriced—we spent $430 for two nights. Would have rated higher if was more comparable to other rates in the area—we just expected a little more luxury for its price. Pool was okay, breakfast okay, room cleanliness okay… friendliness of staff was a 5 star however! Very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel was very clean and the customer service at check-in was fantastic! Our favorite part was the pool. The main pool was nicely heated so we were able to take the kids swimming for several hours and everyone was comfortable. It was the cleanest pool area we have ever seen in a hotel. Though we didn’t use the gym, it was also really nice with high end equipment. Hot breakfast items was a plus as well. We will definitely come back to this hotel!
