Cuando llegamos había un hombre mayor en recepción que de muy mala manera me quitó mi movil donde estaba viendo los datos de mi DNI y en el check out a las 12 en punto fue a tocarnos la puerta y a hablarnos mal para que salgamos cuando ya estábamos apagando la luz para salir .. lamentablemente no volveré a ir ni lo recomendaría

Room clean. Very tired linen. Slime around edge of pool maid me wonder but water looked clean and enjoyed same. Street and club noise could be a big issue if you enjoy a quiet night. I slept through it but many wouldn’t. You get what you pay for!

As for the price and having 3 star I will say not bad. But toilets are quite tight in size. Overall was good.

The staff kept coming to our room in the middle of the night.

The place is what you expect for what you are paying. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The hotel sits right on a bay, so good location especially for night life if that is what you are looking for. Can get noisy at night so expect that. The room itself was clean but not overly nice.

Dom hottade inte min bokning när jag kom var otrevlig fick sotta o vänta på ett rum, sen betala tax 20 euoro Ingen frukost kostade 10 epuro kontant varje dag frukosyen var inte värd det priset rum slitna mörka dusch hantag yrasigt fukt fläckar i tsket poolen var ok men inte som bilden emdast städpersonalen bar trevlig

Spacious room Clean TV didnt work the whole time

Alles war einfach komplett ekelhaft. Ich könnte nichtmal etwas aufzählen, dass in Ordnung war. Angefangen am komplett unsympathischen, uninteressierten Rezeptionist, bis zum ekelhaften, stinkendem, extrem heruntergekommenen zimmer. Ich habe noch nie so ein wiederliches Hotelzimmer gesehen. Alles war vollkommen kaputt, voller Dreck, Haaren und teilweise Schimmel. Das Fenster, was man nicht schliessen konnte (wir waren im 1 Stock, wo jeder reinkommen könnte). Man fühlte sich so nicht wohl und nicht sicher, dass wir nach nicht mal einer Stunde ein neues Hotel gebucht haben. Einfach EKELHAFT

Personalen var underbar, det var synd att det inte fanns kylskåp!

Vi var afsted i efterårsferien og fik desværre først læst anmeldelserne efter, vi havde bestilt. Hotellet har en rigtig god beliggenhed – midt i centrum og tæt på det hele. Desværre levede værelset ikke op til vores forventninger og slet ikke til det, vi havde bestilt. Gulvet var ødelagt, der var en mærkelig lugt, madrasserne var gule, og airconditionen fungerede slet ikke. Til gengæld fik vi gjort rent flere gange i løbet af ugen med rene håndklæder og nye skraldeposer, hvilket var tilfredsstillende. Alt i alt en meget blandet oplevelse.

The hotel is old and decrepit … the rooms are old, beds uncomfortable and the gardens are not attended to. The breakfasts are awful, with canned fruits and scrambled eggs that can bounce off the floor… bacon is overcooked … it’s a mess… and the hotel is run-down

Servicen från personalen var inte till mötesgående. Fanns oftast inte handukar klara när man kom tillbaka till hotellet på egtermiddagen. Inget kylskåp på rummet. Inget säkerhetsskåp. Dusckkabinen var det svartmögel i. Undermålig frukost. Det står att frukosten kostar 5 euro men dom tar 10 euro per person. Läget är bra

Rum som en studentkorridor, fanns inga bekvämligheter och duschen var inte upp till skick.

Read a lot of views about rude staff and this was not the case. I feel that staff are being rude to and that when you are respectful you are treated accordingly. We arrived early and our room wasn’t ready even by 2pm but by 2.30pm we was assigned another room that was bigger due to the wait. Cleaning staff and reception staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a bit dated but clean a few things need doing such as a stiff shower door or a little bit of a leak from the air con but no major issues. In good location and wasn’t too loud considering it’s a busy area. Bus route to the main areas and airport was only 2-3euro only issue is the tv, small and not smart so couldn’t log into our Netflix and channels are mainly news or in German and no kettle in room with tea or coffee, can get one and a iron from reception for a deposit which you will get back when you return them.

Séjour décevant. Photos sur le site qui ne ressemblent pas à la réalité. Chambre ne correspond pas à la réservation. Moisissures dans la chambre et dans l’hôtel. Piscine sale. Présence de cafards. J’ai déjà envoyé par mails toutes les photos.

I stayed at this hotel from the 8th September to 17th September 2025 with my sister. We didn’t realise it was going to be on the busy strip, however that didn’t bother us as we was there for an event. I really liked the area, as we was local to the shopping centre and local restaurants. We also got to explore the area and we felt really safe during our trip. I really like our hotel, our room was spacious. It had enough space for all our belongings and only critique I would have is there was no mini fridge which I do like to have in my hotel room when I’m travelling. In some parts of the hotel, it could be refurbished and redecorated however, overall it’s a really decent hotel for the price we paid, I would recommend this hotel only if you are going to an event as there isn’t much facilities in the hotel for you to do.
