El Cuerpo limpio y bien desayuno

Días antes de mi estadia, mi abuela falleció y aún explicando la situación, tuvieron cero empatía y no tuve opción de cambiar o reembolso de mi estancia. Entiendo que existan políticas pero hay situaciones que están totalmente fuera de nuestro control como una muerte.

Everything was good except no microwave in rooms or other place to warm up your leftovers.

La atención fue buena, el desayuno excelente. El area de la pisina esta muy buena para los niños. La limpieza les doy 4 estrellas.

Cuando llegue no había espacio me cambiaron para otro que está justo en frente en los dos hoteles me trataron muy bien y pude usar ambas piscinas

Very clean. Nice and polite staff except one lady at the night shift, don't know her name, only that she is a little big and couldn't give us details why the parking lot was full and was kind of rude. We find out there was a prom party in the hotel and at least she send us across the street to park for free.

Great stay, we will return

Un espacio bonito para pasarla bonito con la familia. Habitacion linda, comoda y super limpia. Una vista hermosa donde se observa barcos y el mar. Este hotel tiene una grandiosa ubicacion frente al Distrito TMobile donde puedes llegar caminando en menos de 4 minutos. Super acseible a todo: comida y entreteniento. Y al lado esta en lago de condado donde tienen Kayaks entre otras actividades.

Everything was amazing! No complaint. Will definitely come back again!

En general todo estuvo bien, sería bueno más actividades en el área de la piscina.

Very good place, clean, comfortable, good location. But the rates and added fees make it pretty expensive. That 50 destination fee is a rip off. Granted, most SJ hotels charge it. But that only results in raising the cost of all the area.

Took over four hours to check in to our rooms and we were never given a confirmation I had to go to the front desk numerous times to check on my room even though they said that they will give us a text message. After waiting those four hours went up to our rooms and it showed frequent wear and tear phones didn’t work, Toilet and tub were clogged, along with that found a condom behind our bed. things frequently turned up, missing from our room, such as underwear, bras, and travel size items. Due to the late check-in, we were granted, late checkout, and one day of the resort fee waived however, when we did come to our last day, they no longer honor the late checkout. This team sucks. It only gave us a $50 discount if I could’ve slept in hell I would’ve chose that. Because the air didn’t work, and I had to beg to get my room clean. Out of the 4 days we stayed only one of them my room got cleaned and again that’s because I begged. In the shuttle service sucked barely any seats they go to a whole Other hotel before picking up us and by the time they got to us, there was no seats better off getting an Uber. And ceiling was leaking water. View was nice tho.
