Our stay was 10/10! Everyone from the front desk (Bambi) to the pool staff (Nicholas) was super friendly and accommodating. This truly felt like an all inclusive resort with all the amenities you could want and need. Luxurious and yet family friendly environment. Breakfast at the hotel was delicious (we ate there all 4 mornings of our stay) and the poolside food/drinks were great too! Walking distance to City Place, shops and restaurants. We will definitely be back!

Great location

This hotel was wonderful in the past, but was not nearly as clean and well taken care of this stay. Most employees were kind and helpful but the circuit driver for the hotel was rude. The coffee shop was being renovated and was being ran out of the bar area.

Uncomfortable Easter Sunday night with random folks not staying at hotel riding elevator, need to feel secure. Also the shuttle should have car seats, this is a nice convenience so you don’t have to rent a car.

I had a fantastic two-night stay at the Hilton West Palm Beach! From the moment I arrived, the service was warm and welcoming. The room was clean, modern, and comfortable, with great attention to detail. I especially loved the beautiful pool area and the convenience of being so close to downtown attractions. Everything about my stay felt easy and relaxing—definitely looking forward to coming back!

Great hotel. Very close to Citycenter. Breakfast was included. Shuttles to the beach, Palm Island, and to the airport.

My card was charge for this hotel. I never went there. I was in Florida for the weekend but never stop at this hotel.

Attractive property - with enjoyable amenities

Beautiful property- quiet and staff was very pleasant. However, there is a 40.00 fee that is charged, no explanation- just a fee. Pretty outrageous- you get some back- if you are an awards member- as if that’s a treat! Not ok. Parking is 50.00 per night- also very expensive. Not worth it
