An sich eine tolle Location, schönes großes Wohnzimmer, SZ ausreichend groß, Küche ausreichend ausgestattet. Sehr sauber und wir kommen zum dritten Mal. Leider hatten wir dieses Mal Silberfische in der Wohnung und Schimmel im Bad. Sie hätten das erneuert, allerdings hätten wir auf das Bad 24 Stunden verzichten müssen. Das Schwimmbad ist für Alleinige Nutzung für 45 Minuten pro Person für 15 € buchbar. Das Wasser war ein was kalt.

Superbe séjour, le loft était très propre. Aucun bruit, vraiment très agréable. Le personnel a été très accueillant. Nous recommandons fortement. Des petites intentions pour les enfants avec des jouets à disposition en libre service, très appréciable.

Localizado numa area de restrição devido a ser centro historico esse hotel priva seus hospedes de varias comodidades Estacionamento: mais proximo 15 mins a pé Restrição de agua: a propriedade nao dispoe de reservatorio de agua com calefaçao suficiente Piscina cobrada a parte na razao de 100 euros por hora para 4 pessoas. (Na realidade trata-se de um tanque cheio de agua morna) O staff pouco dedicado e comete varias falhas como omitir o drink de boas vindas combinado em contrato. Conseguimos uma mini garrafa de vinho tinto apos muita briga e cara feia

I liked everything

Our stay at Be My Guest Viseu was amazing. Felt like a fairytale. Twin beds which made my son happy he didn’t have to share a bed with mom. It was very helpful to have a kitchenette so that we can have breakfasts and some meals without spending a lot of money. Staff were very helpfully especially since we checked in on the day of the Apagão.

Just the loveliest hotel that is maintained so well. The staff were all so friendly. A beautiful pool. There’s a pay laundry facility right beside it. So many stores and cafes nearby with the most delicious food and coffees. We will be back for sure!

Very comfortable, the reception staff were super friendly and made us feel very welcome. It felt like home from home with lush details such as a good shower/ comfy bed and the kitchen area. We only used the microwave but it was very possible to cook meals if we wanted

Mooie kamers en prachtige ligging

Our stay was most enjoyable. Staff was welcoming and very helpful. Our room was convenient. Elevator access is helpful. The location is optimal, with sites, shopping and dining all very close and an easy walk. We would certainly return it we find ourself in the great city of Viseu again.

Sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiterinnen. Zentral gelegen, Küche gut und modern ausgestattet. Pool extra klasse, da man sie für 45 min Alleinnutzung bucht. Ich komme definitiv wieder.

Location was fantastic.

Gostamos do Hotel,o maior problema foi o ar condicionado que fazia muito barulho quase impossível de dormir e não refrescava o suficiente,estava localizado na sala e não chegava o frescor ao quarto. Muito bem situado,limpo,tranquilo e pessoal da recepção excelente.

Superbe location en famille

A hospedagem se localiza no centro de Viseu, proximo ao comercio, bares e restaurantes, onde é possivel se fazer tudo a pé. A limpeza foi impecável e o conforto tambem é um diferencial.
