Glass Igloos and surrounding were amazing! Nice location with Ski resorts, restaurants and bus stops nearby. A bit of walk for Supermarket. Igloos have all necessary stuff with proper heating. Lots of Finnish varieties in Breakfast. It’s based in Luosto which is a quiet place with wilderness unlike other crowded places which is a huge plus. Overall enjoyable experience and highly recommended!

O hotel é super bem localizado em Luosto, perto da estação de Ski, e do parque nacional, o qual tem uma trilha e um lago. Um lugar lindo. Também perto de supermercado, restaurantes e lojas de souvenir. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos. O restaurante do hotel é uma ótima opção para o jantar. O único defeito é que os igloos são muito próximos do hotel e a noite recebem toda a luminosidade, o que atrapalha um pouco a visibilidade dos tetos de vidro.

Fue un viaje en familia. Nos alojamos todos en iglús y viajamos con nuestro perrito. Está justo a unas pistas de ski y durante la noche no apagan las luces de la pista, lo cual hace que haya contaminación lumínica y el motivo del viaje era ver auroras (que alguna vimos). El horario de recepción, y por ende del resto de servicios de alimentos y bebidas, es limitado. Abren tarde y cierran pronto. El servicio de limpieza es bajo petición, y creo que debería estar incluido teniendo en cuenta el precio del alojamiento. El desayuno, modesto. Si bien es cierto, los iglús son confortables

The igloo was great, our stay was nice even though we stayed for just one night

Clean room with enough space for a couple. The view from the igloo was just something else. Good staff, but it will be great if they have better communication amongst themselves, as the night shift receptionist told us we can do something while the day shift receptionist told us we are prohibited from doing the same thing. Not a big issue - just nitpicking at this point. Also, more chicken or fish options for breakfast will be great!

Good stay, cut short by a delayed arrival

オーロラを見るには、こちらのホテル周りがあかるすぎませんか？オーロラアラートは、なりましたが、見ることは、できませんでした。 一か八かで、宿泊しましたが、割高ですね。

El sitio es bonito, tiene para hacer actividades cerca pero es retirado del aeropuerto y de la ciudad

Das Zimmer war kuschelig der Kamin sehr schön allerdings war die Lüftung etwas laut. Sauna auch toll allerdings die Dusche etwas sehr puristisch. Frühstück hatte schöne Auswahl der Kaffee ist allerdings nicht zu empfehlen.

I asked how to get our luggage to our room. They said the sleds. All sleds were broken and when I asked "well just carry them up." The room was not very clean. It was really small for the three of us so luggage had to go under the beds. I found a can of hairspray, not mine and other items. The room was not that clean. When I took it to the front desk on our day of check out the clerk looked like she was going to hid it.

Everything was great, the glass igloo, the food in the restaurant, and the staff!!! We mentioned that we had to leave early for our flight and will not be able to eat breakfast. When we came back to our igloo after a long day full of adventures we were pleasantly surprised to find a bag with sandwiches, fruit, juice and protein bars left for us! An outstanding customer service! Thank you for your hospitality ♥️

Spacious room with nice sauna inside

Sim, com itens saudáveis. Na verdade um pequeno almoço. Pouca variedade de frutas, mas acredito ser por conta da localização. Mas compensou nos sucos de frutas e nas frutas secas.

Fresh Good breakfast!

客室は清潔で家族4人で充分でした。少し寒かったですが、サウナがついていたので温まります。リラックスできました。ホテルのレストランでワインを飲みながらトナカイのステーキを食べました。雰囲気もよく最高でした。
