Lovely hotel in great location. The breakfast was fresh and delicious with excellent service. The coffee was the best I have had in Valladolid. The reception staff were very warm and welcoming. I would stay here again.

The staff was excellent from beginning to end. Unfortunately their A/C did not work, and they had no solution to the situation so the room was extremely hot and almost impossible to sleep in. They did not have any other rooms available to switch us to and all we got was a simple “sorry” nothing more.

Hotel has convenient parking @ €17.50. Superior room was spacious and clean. Aircon was quiet. The WIFI was poor in the room, therefore spent time in the bar or lobby to access it. To receive a higher speed you need to pay extra. Most expensive hotel we stayed in during our 3 weeks in Spain and it had the poorest WIFI.

Very nice and clean place to stay. Very close to the train station and historical places.

Het personeel was super aardig en vriendelijk. Kamer was keurig, schoon en had voldoende ruimte. Prima locatie ook in de stad om eea te verkennen.

Enregistrement un peu long et très administratif. Nous étions au 4ème étage et pratiquement pas de connexion wifi. Pas de notice dans la chambre pour régler la climatisation Sinon le restant était parfait,le petit déjeuner de grande qualité. Très bel établissement !

Excelente hotel, muy bonito, habitación muy grande y agradable. Personal muy amable. En zona estupenda para visitar Valladolid.

Para mí uno de los mejores hoteles de Valladolid. No es muy grande, acogedor, buen desayuno. Perfecto para mis estancias.

Great location, just right if you want to sleep one night and move on, which was our objective staying at Hotel Gareus.
