Fantastic welcome and greetings. Hotel is modern and clean. Restaurant and rooftop bar were amazing. Only issues I encountered were the incorrect WiFi password was given so had to call reception, and also the air conditioning didn’t work. Though the maintenance staff did come in asap to re-gas it.

Room was very clean. But, the room size is tiny, no work chair or a sofa in the room. Very basic for a 5 star hotel and over priced.

I stayed three nights at the Jaffna JetWing in early September 2025 and the stay was very pleasant, everyone was friendly and welcoming. Room was clean and comfortable.
