Booked this hotel specifically for the hot tub and it was closed during my stay

Great place. Could use a fan in the bathroom and some USB ports.

They advertise a pool & hot tub but they were out of order. Very disappointed. We were given a $50 discount & some orobucks to compensate us. Otherwise it was a nice stay. Good breakfast.

We were traveling with a car trailer to pick up our daughters car in Northern NE, we arrived at 9:45pm the parking lot was near empty we parked along a wall out of the way, to ensure the car and trailer were in a lit area, the front desk gal said to not park it there because they were fully booked, so directed us to park in the back of the building where no lights were present, we didn’t get much sleep worrying about the trailer with the way people are these days and take things that don’t belong to them, woke up at 5, left at 6 and the parking lot was still near empty!! Other than that the beds are comfy, the room and hotel is very clean, we weren’t able to enjoy the free breakfast because we left before they started it..

Great service. Staff was super friendly. Breakfast was delicious.

Stayed here a few times and breakfast is always good. Ladies there were pleasant as usual.

We got to the property and they told us that the swimming pool is unavailable because it is under construction and they knew about a couple of days before we even arrived at The hotel they could have reached out the customers and tell them that it's out of order. We would have canceled and booked somewhere else

Very clean and nice!

Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was good, but I came down an hour before the end of service and some things were already being substituted for less appealing items. Go to breakfast early!

Red/brown stain on wall above bed, oil dripping from top of door hinge down door to the floor, loose tile in bathroom. No pool/hot tub available, jetted tub room booked not available told three hours before, can’t recoup with third party paid reservation even though their fault for loss of more expensive room, charged on incidental card next day for room already paid for and held by third party now have to wait 5-15 days for it to come off. Told constantly “sorry nothing we can do” about just about everything problems. Such a bad experience and stay that we cancelled and lost out on a third party billed and paid for second night in a few days on way back. Told by front desk and that they have problems with billing full night stays on already paid for third party billing’s on incidental card “so they enter it manually” yet still got charged today. Awful experience will never stay here again. Only good thing was Angela at the front desk, not her fault it’s run poorly.

Didn’t have room booked a month ago two different nights available with jetted tub didn’t let us know until 3 hours before, said they couldn’t recoup cost of more expensive room, pool and hot tub not working, stain on wall, lose bathroom tile, stuff dripping down door, charged us for the room the next day even though booked through third party. Worst hotel stay don’t book here, expect problems with third party billing and just get a “sorry nothing we can do”. Angela told us they have had problems charging people for rooms on incidental card when booked through and paid through third party. Now have to wait 5-15 days for that. Rather then stay here the since nonrefundable night on way back through willing to have lost money for the next stay in a few days just to not be at this hotel.

Pool and hot tub was not working and there was no info about it while booking (we booked 3 hours in advance). When we got there, we heard, ’Just to remind you, our pool and hot tub is out of order,’ well with 4 families in the lobby we were ALL surprised. We specifically looked for those amenities (as the other families with kids). Way too pricey for no pool and no hot tub. Very disappointing.

This was a very nice place to stay. The room was quiet, comfortable, clean, and well-equipped.

Nice new hotel. Convenient location right off the interstate. Good breakfast. Our room could have been a touch cleaner, but it was nothing major. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it for anyone traveling to or through North Platte. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Really lovely stay. Nice room , excellent.bedding. Pool and hot tub very comfortable.

Comfy bed. Clean! Great breakfast!
