I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a nice experience. While the property is a bit dated and could benefit from some renovation, it was very clean and impressively quiet, especially considering its location near one of the busiest areas of Istanbul. The staff were professional and polite. However, the breakfast was a bit disappointing. A more varied selection including fresh juices, fruits, and yogurts would make it much more satisfying and enjoyable.I hope the management takes these suggestions into account, as the hotel has great potential.

2 gece kaldık, rezervasyon yaptığımız odanın aynısı verildi. Ancak temizlikten pek memnun kalmadık. Havlular ve çarşaflar lekeli idi, yıkanmış bile olsa hoş görünmüyor. Ambiyans çok güzel, konum mükemmel. Gece tabii ki biraz gürültü var, eğlence mekanlarına çok yakın. Çalışanlar güleryüzlü. Kahvaltı karın doyurur ancak göz doyurmaz.

Otel yalan yanlış bilgi veriyor otopark vale hizmeti var yazıp gittiğinizde öyle şey yok diyor en yakın otoparkta 5km o da şanslıysanız yer varsa. Koca arabayı cebime koyamayacağım için konaklayamayıp yeni otel tuttum iade istedim normal şartlarda olsa zaten iptal etmeyecektim fakat sorun onlardan kaynaklı olduğu arabamı bırakmadan da konaklayamayacağımı belirmeme rağmen reddetmişler rezil bir mekan hotelsin bile telefonlarına 3 günde döndüler

Das Sanat Hotel war sehr zentral gelegen. Auf der Einkaufsmeile war man innerhalb von 2 min. Richtung Bazare ging es schnell über die Galatabrücke zu Fuß in 20-30 min. Der Standart der Zimmer war ausreichend.

Odalar temizdi. Fakat içerisi biraz pis kokuyordu koku sorununu düzeltmeleri gerekiyor onun disinda herhangi bir sorun yaşamadık.

Schönes rustikales Hotel in super Lage, da vieles von da aus per Fuß erreichbar ist.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est bien seulement pour faire Galata Tower à pieds, si vous n’aimez pas les montées, évitez car le retour à l’hôtel est toujours souffrant sauf si vous avez des cuisses bien musclées. Il ne faut pas compter non plus sur la vue ni sur l’espace. Vous êtes la seulement pour se doucher et dormir.

We had to change room as the neighbours were fighting/arguing until 4am. Hotel staff didn't seem to do anything about it other than agree to a room move the next morning. Similarly the first room (101) didn't have a fully functioning light in the bathroom, the sink leaked, the wallpaper was filthy with not sure what.... And anytime you showered it flooded the bathroom. Room 404 was better but the rooms generally needs a deep clean, strippng down and repainting.

The hotel’s location is perfect. Close to the shopping area. Quite and clean hotel.

Konum olarak çok iyi bir yerde olması ile birlikte otelin dizaynıda gayet hoş duruyordu. Odadaki sağlanan imkanlar gayet yeni ve yeterliydi. Kahvaltısı dolu ve güzeldi. Özellikle kahvaltıda verdikleri magnolia da ayrı bir tat katmıştı. Personeli güler yüzlü ve yardımseverdi. Deneyimimizden gayet memnun kaldık. Kısa süreli konaklamalar için güzel.

Odalar aşırı küçük kahvaltısı iyi değildi 3gece olarak tuttuk ama bir gece zor kaldık başka otele geçtik yan odada nefes alınsa duyuluyor

Für den Preis ist es vollkommen super vor allem jeden Morgen super Frühstück würde jedem weiter empfehlen

Mid October 2024 CONS: This is a beautiful Art Deco building in need of a deep clean, repairs, and restoration. Dead, dark, and depressing. We went through 5 different rooms in the first 24 hours and ended up with a better one that we couldn't lock the door from inside, sheets were not clean, 3 electrical sockets were out of order, room light were too bright that hurt your eyes but there was not enough light in the bathroom, the nightstand tends to flip over when the drawer pulled out, No hot water in the morning happened twice in our 15 day's stay. Very strong foul oder almost in the entire hotel lasted for 3 days, sprayed chimical, ordered by the city, when we asked. Dark hallways that we purchased a flashlight. Only one receptionist could speak English that we have seen him 3 times. PROS: Great location, steps from Istiklal Street. Good breakfast buffet. Fast internet connection with no interruption. Elevators were in good condition. The maids were nice. The hotel had a front and a back entrance.
