First with the check in: the was no VIP access for Expedia platinum members, which I didn’t get any upgrade despite there was availability. That was my main reason to choose this specific hotel.
I was suppose to get 20% discount on one time dining, but the hotel didn’t know anything about that.
Second: Going in the room, there was no kettle, so I couldn’t boil water to make baby Formula for my 1 month old daughter.
Third: Going in and out the hotel for 3 Days, I didn’t get any greeting, not even once. Actually I was the one to greet them, but they don’t answer anyway.
