Great location and wonderful staff!

Overall the hotel is according to the price. It has a great location, close to downtown. Be aware there is no elevator. It gets a bit loud in the morning, from people talking in the hallway and nearby. The staff was nice and helpful.

The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown, and the Mercado Aldama. There are great restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries nearby. The A/C was definitely a needed amenity due to the hot days. The Barrio of San Juan de Dios is just a few blocks away and is where you’ll experience some of the best pozole, enchiladas, and pizza. We have stayed at Hotel Othelo on several trips and find it to fit our needs. The staff is always accommodating and very informative. Gracias Othelo!

La habitacion estaba super limpia, la atencion del chico de recepcion fue increible. Siper cerca de todo, el lugar muy bonito y acogedor. Lo unico es q se escuchaban los ruidos de todos los demas huespedes pasos tacones voces etc. Me volveria a hospedar sin duda
