Muy bien el hotel, cerca del centro histórico, buen desayuno y atención en el hotel, solo se tardaron en darnos la factura al final entonces si pueden insistan desde su estancia.

The place is always grea! Clean, staff is friendly and centrally located but this time around they had issues with the power. The owner themselves come to the property to make sure it got fix quickly and even if it took a little bit longer than expected they make sure things were working good before they left. Always a pleasure to stay at Othelo

Great staff, great location, lots of points of interest at a walkable distance. Older building but we'll kept. No elevator 3 stories. But overall great.

Great Location, felt safe at all times. No elevator, some rooms also located on first floor. Parking located around the corner from hotel location. Walking distance to plaza and restaurants, 15 min uber drive to Leon leather district. Can't wait to visit again!

La persona que nos recibió se portó muy grosero, estaba dormido porque eran las 6am y despertó de muy ma humor. No regresaré a ese hotel

El desayuno era continental café o té, yogurt con granola, pan tostado con mantequilla y mermelada, fruta era papaya y melón, todo rico, buenas porciones y limpio

Overall the hotel is according to the price. It has a great location, close to downtown. Be aware there is no elevator. It gets a bit loud in the morning, from people talking in the hallway and nearby. The staff was nice and helpful.

The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The hotel is within walking distance to downtown, and the Mercado Aldama. There are great restaurants, ice cream shops and bakeries nearby. The A/C was definitely a needed amenity due to the hot days. The Barrio of San Juan de Dios is just a few blocks away and is where you’ll experience some of the best pozole, enchiladas, and pizza. We have stayed at Hotel Othelo on several trips and find it to fit our needs. The staff is always accommodating and very informative. Gracias Othelo!
