Vey comfortable we have stayed in this historic building guest home . Just like our home, the owners was so warm to us. The guest house was located at the residential area which was very quiet and only 15 -20mins walking can down to the pier and shopping street.

Room is absolutely tidy, delicious breakfast must be included when you will book the hotel.

We had a very pleasant stay at Kirkland Guest House. The property was clean, neat, and well maintained throughout our visit. The hosts were extremely helpful, welcoming, and genuinely kind, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. While it isn’t a luxury or fancy property, it offers excellent value for money and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The warm hospitality and attention to guests really stood out. I would happily recommend Kirkland Guest House to anyone looking for a clean, friendly, and affordable place to stay.

The bedroom linen and bathroom towels were clean and comfortable. The owners are living on the premises. There is no dining room in the house, nor fridge or microwave oven in the room.

ポスピタリティー溢れるリチャードさんとポーラさん夫婦が経営するB＆Bで、心身ともに快適な滞在でした。ウィンダミア駅から徒歩１０分ほど。バスを利用する場合は、５９９番のバスに乗車して５分ほど走った４つ目の停留所Baddeley Clockで下車　徒歩５分弱で到着できます。

The property was spotless & breakfast was good. Paula & her husband were very helpful & knowledgeably. The ground floor room we had room would benefit from more drawer space

Paula was a delight! Loved her advice and helpful tips. Our little family room was perfect and so cozy. The house is perfectly located close to the Badderley Clock Tower bus stop, and perfectly situated between Bowness and Windermere. Breakfast is not to be missed! Everything was locally sourced and delicious. Highly recommend!

Richard and Paula the hosts were very pleasant and helpful. Place was clean and immaculate. Safe off road parking. Top marks for where the property is sited, with in walking distance of the lakes, shopping and dining.
