Friendly and helpful staff.

It’s a former Travel lodge on a service station.staff friendly.helpful.place was clean with all you would expect.plenty of places to eat,buy food etc at any time day or night.its in a very useful interchange for lots of places,very reasonable price too

Beds a terrible, sofa bed mattress is so thin you can feel all the metals, put on the floor and it's feels like you sleep on the floor.

Poor quality quilt and pillows. Pubes in bathroom sink. Shower screen ineffective, spray everywhere. Handy for services amenities and very quiet, no noise from other guests.

TV DIDNT WORK. PLACE WAS NOISY - VERY POOR SOUNDPROOFING. ONLY 2 TEA BAGS. WE LEFT AFTER 2 HOURS TO GO ELSEWHERE.

Pros: The gentleman on reception was nice and friendly and noticed I had crutches, and a dog, so moved us to a ground floor room, powerful shower, very little outside nose, bed reasonably comfortable, cheapest available accommodation in the area, services shops were in the style of a little street with a courtyard in the middle which was cute, £8 parking charge is not applicable if you enter your numberplate at reception. Cons: Just very run down, looks like it's changed hands a few times (has perhaps been a Travelodge and an ibis) and had very little upkeep in-between, key cards have been replaced with key locks, which felt a bit flimsy and wobbly, found a hairy bobble on the bathroom floor, pot noodle in the sink plug hole, the skirting boards are filthy, blood stain on the bath towel, dirty marks on the duvet cover. Even though it was the cheapest place to stay in the area I wouldn't say it was cheap so was a lot to pay for the quality. We didn't complain because we felt like all the rooms were probably a similar quality and were just exhausted so put up with it. We fixed things ourselves or didn't use anything unclean. It was just somewhere to crash for the night, have a quick wash and be off again, and for that it served it's purpose.

The staff were amazing. Free parking. It was clean but the place is wore. Plenty of hot water. Towels were good, clean, and soft. It was really quiet at night. The bed was as hard as nails and the sofa bed was just springs, for one night maybe but any longer not great

Last minute booking, easy to book, check in nice and simple, room was nice a big, could do withva really good deep clean, but overall was okay. I would book again.

Very clean comfortable quite basic but we have stayed a few times friendly staff

Stayed at Warrington Hotel for a few nights, went up north to visit family and needed somewhere reasonable to stay the facilities was clean, staff was very friendly would definitely stay there again.

No glasses or cups available. I had to ask and was given a paper cup . The duvet was very light , sheets were creased and the bed was lumpy. The TV was much smaller than the usual hotel size .

Our stay was great! We was waiting for my car to be fixed at a garage and the lovely staff let us extend our check out time!
