While this is close to a lot of great places, it is really lacking. The rooms are very very small and the beds are terrible. They said breakfast was available but no one showed up the next day. We were able to store our luggage until check in.

Un hotel de 2 estrellas, sin más. La ventaja es que está a 20 minutos a pié de la mayoria de las atracciones de Roma.

Property not kept well

We had a comfortable stay for our Rome holiday. The hotel was in a great location only 3 minutes walk to Termini station. Plenty of shops and restaurants and takeaways nearby. We felt very safe during daytime and early evenings in and around the area. The hotel itself is slightly dated but I found it clean, comfortable and my mattress was especially good and firm so I settled in very well quickly.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to leave the bathroom window open all night, which was freezing cold. Didnt look like the picture on expedia. Staff didnt put to much effort cleaning the room. The male staff were nice.

Lack of the essential like toilet paper or napkins

Albergo semplici ma comodo e molto pulito,lo staff è gentilissimo e molto disponibile.L1unico punto negativo: la stanza molto rumorosa.

Motel vibes

Short walk from Termini station. 2stars is what 2stars is. Beds OK with linen. Only minus part is the towels which we got only for 2persons even that we had beds for 5 and 4 persons booked and paid. Extra towels would have cost 5€/each. Also to get only one toiletpaper roll per night was a bit tricky.

Tutto ok, cortesia.

It had clean sheets and a standard stiff European mattress but I’ll pay a little more and stay somewhere better next time

A/C wasnt working too well, no hot water! the location is absolutly spot on, close to everything!

Fue buena la estadia, buena atención, el lugar también porque esta cerca de Roma Termini pero en una cuadra linda, no peligrosa. BUen lugar en relacion calidad/precio. Lo unico que yo le agregaria es un acondicionador de aire porque en Roma hace mucho calor y el ventilador no es suficiente. Todo lo demas muy bien.

El hotel esta viejo en sus insatalaciones, pero muy limpio y muy bien ubicado

Upon first arrival the room appeared to be clean however, on closer inspection, the walls were dirty, 2 pillows were mouldy and the top sheet was dusty. We had problems with the door as it appeared to be kicked in and hadn't been repaired even though we had asked them to fix it. The blankets were ripped in places and the shower head was broken and had to be carefully positioned in order to stay upright. Broken powerpoint and exposed wires. The fan blades were dusty.

Buena ubicación, a pocas cuadras de la estacion de tren, buen servicio al cliente!

Muy amables los host, solo el cuarto es muy pequeño y el elevador viejo, pero es funcional para dormir tranquilo

Plusieurs choses ne se sont pas très bien passé pour nous : « Only cash » pour la taxe de séjour et la possibilité de laisser ses bagages en garde à l hôtel ( 1ere fois que je vois ça !) Il y a des lockers plus proche de la gare pour le même prix. Petit déjeuner 10€ , plus que médiocre (pain, jus de fruit ect…. )il vaut mieux aller dans les rues à côté (plusieurs formules sont proposées) Le nettoyage de la chambre Ok mais nous n’avons pas eu d’autres savons dans la salle de bains pour la deuxième nuit … heureusement d’autres hôtels avaient été plus généreux et j en avais gardé. Nous espérions faire une grâce matinée pour notre dernier jour seulement les travaux ont commencés le matin ce qui nous a réveillé de bonne heure. J’avais réservé dans cet établissement pour l’emplacement, celui-ci était conforme !
