Schönes Gasthaus mit sehr netten Personal. Das Essen war sehr gut. Für den Pool war es mir zu kalt aber er sieht sehr schön aus.

Had a pleasant experience at the Aark Guesthouse. Aletta at the front desk was so accommodating and helpful. Really had a great experience from the moment we checked in to the moment we left.

Great place, beutiful and quiet. Been there many weeks during the years. Only thing what needs to be improved is coffee. That light brown substance is not coffee...

The guesthouse was clean, landscape beautifully designed. Staff went extra mile for us by upgrading our room. Breakfast was devine thanks to the chef.

The room was spacious, and stylish.. and comfortable. It was tranquil. If they had room service, it would have been literally a heavenly stay lol.. it was awesome, honestly.

Room had a foul smell, stains on sink, breakfast was terrible asked for an omelette with cheese and tomato filling, got an omelette with avocado. The garden was beautiful and a breath of fresh

Enjoyable stay in a neat and tidy room. The staff are friendly and helpful. Attending to your every need. The home cooked meals smells divine and next time I will make sure that I book a meal. The garden is so beautiful and the bonsai trees are a very attractive feature.

Nice place and good location but do not take breakfast if you want to be in time after breakfast. First come, first served principle should be followed but when we arrived first we were served last after 1 hour and 20 minutes waiting.No apologies, no explanations, no coffee...

Op de doorreis van Krugerpark naar Bloemfontein een eenvoudige tussenstop gemaakt bij Aark Guest Lodge. Diner op t laatste moment mogelijk; dagmenu. Ontbijt ook prima. Kamer maakt een erg gedateerde indruk, maar nog steeds goed genoeg voor een doorreis overnachting

The theme is attractive and well developed. Management needs to remember that customers are paying to stay at the hotel. A less strict approach will serve them well.

This was the best South Africa guest house we have stayed in. The staff was superb, the food was outstanding, and the room was phenomenal...excellent experience! Thank you!
