We loved the waterpark. We were upset we had no idea they’d be closed one of the days during our stay and closing early one day. It wasn’t available information since we booked on Expedia. But overall we did get some time in the waterpark and the rooms were spacious and nice

The staff have been great!! The kids and ourselves had a great time. However, the pool was dirty with old sand and leaves, the room is/was filthy with food on the floors, something running down the walls, lots of hair in the shower, garbage on the bathroom floor and carboard trash covering the bath tub drain. The king bed is sitting on 2x4s that are sticking out every which way and gave me a good scratch on my back calf. The microwave does not work and the chain/bar lock looks like it has been kicked in, completely ripped out of the wall. The resurant is closed cuz the over was over heating so they shut all food and drinks/bar down for thenight when there is no food close. Super disappointed in our stay, will be hard to come back again.

The water park was clean and the staff was very helpful during check in and check out . The deepest part of the water in any area was I believe 4 ft so this is a great resort to stay at if you have smaller children . The hot tub was big and had a waterfall for decorative purposes. My family went out to eat so we didn’t use the resort for food but did need silverware and was able to barrow some from the friendly bartender on the first floor. The bar was clean and quiet. I was very satisfied with the customer service and up keep of the resort . Affordable and quality I will recommend 3 bears in the current state it is in to other family’s.

Tub clogged after calling on it no one came to fix.. pull out couch sheet was dirty no linens to put on bed or pillow.. water park closed at 1 PM…wave pool wasn’t on/working… supposed to stay two nights only stayed one.. no one offered a discount or money back and they even made us pay our $89 extra that my Expedia account didn’t cover…

The air handler unit is very noisy. The road noise is loud when you turn off the air handler unit!

We were just disappointed to find out upon check in that half the water park was “down for maintenance”. We took our 14 ye old and a friend there for our child’s birthday and only the little kids pool and the regular p

We stayed at Three Bears 2 years ago and I would have given it a 0/5 stars then. It’s now under new management and ownership and was so much better. The rooms were updated. The only issue was the water park didn’t have every pool open, so that was a bummer. But that was due to maintenance issues that were being addressed so I hope they are open in the future.

The breakfast buffett was better than many hotels/resorts we have stayed at with something for everyone. The waterpark in the resort was also fun and would definetley come back.

The water park is perfect size for small children. Unfortunately, there is no way to reach the snack area by lift or ramp, so if you have a stroller or special needs, you have to skip the snacks.

Loved the water park part. It wasn't too crowded like the Dells. Beautiful. My children loved it

Very family oriented

Amazing experience from the second we arrived. While checking in, the staff offered for our kids to do a scavenger hunt in the lobby. When they were done, they gave the kids rice crispy treats! The room was nice, clean, and the beds were SO comfortable. The waterpark is absolutely perfect for our kids ages (7 and 10). They had a blast on the water slides. The only bummer was the indoor / outdoor hot tub was closed. I was really looking forward to that one, but there was another indoor hot tub, so not a huge deal. In the morning, the kids were so excited to see that the arcade was already open at 7am. A staff member also informed us that the lasermaze was free all day. Although we didn’t have the buffet, it looked amazing and was priced very reasonably. There was free coffee and a bin of fruit roll ups for the kids. Overall, the staff was extremely kind, helpful and went above and beyond to make our experience amazing. We were very impressed by three bears and will absolutely be back!!

Maybe waiting on a round of funding or something great location still still adequate for little ones Far cry from 2019

Everything was great except they ran out of so many things (food and drinks) by Saturday at 6pm it was disappointing. Couldn’t order from the bar and grill either because they also ran out of food.

New owners restuarants closed, had to go outside a resort to eat as 3 of 4 restuarants closed. Only one was pizza and had to wait 3 hrs to get. Staff walked out. Floats deflatted wouldnt remove and so much more. We arrived on Fri left Tuesday.
