I can't really compare it with any other properties in Salem (because that was the first time we ever visited that town), but we really liked the parking situation.

Very clean, centrally located. Nothing but good to say about the property and staff .

Amazing hotel! Beautiful environment and friendly staff! I have stayed her multiple times and will again in the future.

Nice and clean. Great location for getting around town. No microwave, refrigerator, or laundry services

We had a fantastic stay at the Salem Waterfront Hotel & Suites. The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained, making us feel comfortable and at home right away. The staff were incredibly nice and welcoming, everyone we spoke to was friendly and very knowledgeable about the area. They gave us great recommendations for local attractions and restaurants, which made exploring Salem even better. It’s also the perfect spot for families. The location is very walkable to many of Salem’s most popular attractions, so it was easy to get around without worrying about parking. We truly enjoyed our visit and would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Salem has always been a bucket list city for me to visit and I was super happy that I was able to do it this year! Whenever I was looking at places to stay, Salem Waterfront seemed like the perfect place since it seemed to be in the heart of Salem and within walking distance of the majority of the main attractions that Salem has to offer. Front desk attendants were very nice, room was fantastic and clean and the location was just as great as I had hoped it would be. Great shops were all around, good places to eat and main attractions were within less than a 10 minute walk away. Couldn’t recommend this hotel more for your first or next stay in Salem!

I have stayed here many times and all of them have been good. Today was not a great experience. It is 102F outside with a heat index of 109F. AC in room not working, my room has been over 84F since check in, now three hours later hit 85F and it is 9:00 PM. I have two fans going and the hotel room door open to try to pull cooler air in from the hallway waiting on third fan and an extension cord to move the fan so I can do it. Three hours waiting on the cord, not sure i will keep my door open all night anyway. They have no other room to put me in and say they will talk to their manager to see if they can offer a “discount”tomorrow. Room is really not rentable, no other rooms available in a 20 mile radius unless you go into Boston for over 1K tonight and it is already late and have a 9:00 AM flight out tomorrow. Hopefully they make it right. 44 year seasoned traveler, this is minor but very inconvenient. Just got my other fan, things may improve.`

Love this place! We went for a couple days after our wedding, and again for our anniversary. Cool views of Salem. Clean, cute, close to everything, great staff!

We have stayed here twice and plan to going forward whenever in the area!

If you are looking for somewhere to stay in Salem then look no further. I have travelled the world and stayed in many hotels ranging from 3 star up to the best hotels in Dubai. We had recently stayed at the Hilton in Boston which is supposed to be a 4 star and the service and hotel was horrific. When we arrived at Salem Waterfront we were so pleased with the level of service the quality of decor, the spacious well decorated modern rooms and the facilities. The free parking, lovely restaurant and exceptional staff members we encountered on our stay was just amazing. We will be visiting this hotel in the very near future and we cannot wait. Thank you for making the last part of our American adventure a memorable experience.

Good location, within walking distance of attractions in Salem!

Hotel is in a great location. Staff was nice and everything was clean

We enjoyed the over-the-top nautical theme and the little touches like lemon-infused ice water in the lobby. The staff was superb and the breakfast in the restaurant fantastic. Room was very large and comfortable. Only complaints were the loud hum from bathroom ventilation (you can't turn it off) and lack of grab bar in the (slippery) shower.

Recently refurbished. Nice dining area. Good food at ok price. Good sized room. Centre of tow. Good parking No garden area. Outside seating next to car park ( but still ok)
