Amazing hotel and a great location. Helpful arranging parking for me. Roof terrace was lovely. Slightly underwhelming reception on arrival - functional but lacking a bit of welcome. Nothing major but a really easy win to get right. I'd stay again.

Our room was tiny but neat. The problem was that in a recent heat wave we had little to no air conditioning in the room. It was 39c outside. The manager sent a technician who was not able to fix the problem but did come up with a fan. Also the cube fridge was not cooling and the technician was unable to fix it. Upon checking out after a two day stay we were offered a refund for one night.

Si vous aimez un endroit où vous privilegiez la literie et le conceptuel c'est intéressant. Pour le reste soyez indulgent avec la déco et l'exiguite de la chambre.

Bon séjour. Literie excellente. Quel bémol: pas d’espace pour ouvrir une. Alise, c’est dommage. À part ça tout était top!

We booked this through hotels.com. It was our first time in Bordeaux, so we didn't know much about location, but it turned out to be very well-located---close to the main cathedral square, many restaurants and cafes nearby, and close to a number of tram lines. Our room was quite small, but very comfortable and the beds and pillows were great. The only thing missing for us was a night light---and possible a way to open a window.

This place is a bit run down and sad ( not just the rooms). In desperate need of an upgrade, deep cleaning, and new coat of paint! Marks on walls, chipped faded paint, sticky spots on doors and handles, dirty carpet….pretty grungy. If you’re going to paint everything black, it must be well maintained to not look like a dirty homeless shack. No amenities in the rooms. Restaurant was just meh…out of many items on the menu. Overall definitely not worth the $$$.

Hotel facilities were good. Friendly personell. The restaurant failed on their food and service. Breakfast was ok.

Such a great experience staying at MamaShelter Bordeaux. Staff were super helpful and friendly. I enjoyed the pizza in the restaurant and the rooftop bar was so fun. Huge room and bathroom which was very clean. Would wholeheartedly recommend.
