夜分遅くの到着だったが、フロントの宿直っスタッフが英語は話せなかったが、丁寧な対応をしてくれたので、助かった。

Excellent location and the staff were great. They allowed us to check in early as soon as the room was ready. We had a long night travelling to Bukhara so the early check-in was very much appreciated. It was very clean and the staff were very helpful. Very tasty breakfast too. We would stay here again.

Merci au réceptionniste pour nous avoir fourni un petit déjeuner à emporter puisque nous partions très tôt, sans même que nous l’ayons demandé. De plus tout était parfait.

I stayed for 3 nights and it was very comfortable. First of all, the location is very good. You can walk to the tourist attractions in Bukhara Old Town in about 10 minutes. And although there are not many breakfast options, they are all delicious. Above all, the staff are friendly and enthusiastic. When the air conditioner is on, there is a slight smell, so if you want to be meticulous even to customers who value cleanliness, it would be a good idea to clean the filter once.

Die Familie ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten das schönste Zimmer auf unserer Reise in Usbekistan. Das deluxe Zimmer ist mit sehr viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Der Besitzer hat uns viel bei der Tour Buchung und Transport unterstützt und das immer zu sehr fairen Preisen. Besser als über eine der bekannten Buchungsplattformen. Die Lage des Hotels ist super.

おしゃれなデザイナーズホテルです 私たちの泊まった部屋はベット脇に湯船🛁が置いてある斬新さ❗️目隠しもないのでお友達同士だと是が非か？とは思いますが　シャワールームは設備が整っていて　ドライヤーもダイソンのものでした お部屋の小物一つ一つにブハラらしいアレンジがあって素敵です 街歩きの起点になるラビハウズには数分の距離で　特に暑い日中にはホテルに戻って休息する事もできてよかったです 朝食会場が地下にあり　開放感がありません 朝食の種類も豊富とはいえませんが　これがウズベキスタンの朝食のスタンダードだと思うので　不満はありませんでした

Wonderful hotel. Super close to old town. Very accommodating staff.

The hotel is located at 2 minute walki from Labi Hauz and best restaurants of the city. All major tourist attractions are located within 5-15 minute walk from the hotel. Rooms are clean and comfortable and the breakfast options are good. The back yard where you can have your breakfast is quiet and beautiful. All the staff especially Mr. Ilyos are kind, professional and super helpful. If I go back to Bukhara, I would definitely stay there again.

Nice property in the center of old town. Walking distance to the ark fortress and lively night scene. Friendly and gracious staff.

2024年12月末に利用。 《良かった点》 ・ラビハウズのすぐ側のため、立地が良い。 徒歩で観光、ショッピング、食事など楽しめました。 ライトアップを見に行くために、夜の外出も心配いりません。 ・内装がかわいい。 ・受付の男性が親切で、部屋からスーツケースを降ろすのを手伝ってくれました。 ・簡易スリッパ有り。 ・無料のお水を1日1本くれます。 《良くなかった点》 ・シャワーの作りが微妙で、水が必ずこぼれる。 ・ベッドメイキング、タオル交換はしてくれるが、ゴミ捨てなし。(ゴミ箱はあふれている状態) ・清掃時にトイレットペーパーの補充なし。 お願いしないともらえなかった。 ・セキュリティボックスがない。
