The gardens and grounds were absolutely beautiful. The dining room was bright with surrounding windows. Very friendly staff. The location was perfect with a short walk to the Pantiles with quaint cafes and shops. We had a smaller room that looked over a smoke stack so would definitely upgrade next time.

Great stay friendly staff even got a free upgrade lovely rooms mattresse too hard for me but that’s a personal choice good food definitely stay again

Second time staying at the hotel. The staff are very welcoming and nothing is too much trouble for them. I cannot fault the cleanliness of the hotel, always in pefect condition and the spa is amazing, room was very quiet and all the amenities were provided as in coffee machine and tea making facilities. Room service was quick and easy as well as excellent value for money, already planning our next visit.

Amazing facilities, excellent food with friendly, helpful staff, despite the money wanna be's who get a kick at being rude to waiting staff who did not deserve it. Makes me so angry. Manners and politeness cost nothing. I admire the staff having to put up with that sort of disgusting behaviour.

We stayed for three nights. The bedroom and sitting room were good size. Bathroom was a good size. Coffee machine suited me. Tee cup too small for a decent cup of tea. The breakfast was fine. The lady overseeing was very professional but friendly. Reception staff were professional and friendly too.

Great hotel with great Gym/Spa facilities. Grounds were lovely to walk around in the sun. Bar & restaurant great. Staff very friendly & helpful.

Had a lovely stay despite some unfortunate circumstances that bought us to Tunbridge Wells. The food in the restaurant was good, but we only ate there a couple of times as there are so many great places to eat in the Pantiles & High Street. The room was nicely appointed and the bed was very comfortable. We will miss walking down to the town through the common, but less so the uphill walk back!

Good location, easy parking, room was well maintained and great shower.

Check-in was swift, corridors n bedroom was dated. TV was sub standard for 4star. Nice selection of teas and even supply tea pot which is rare. Breakfast service was average had to ask for everything tea and cooked food. Egg Florentine was good.

comfortable, relaxing hotel. Robes and slippers in the room, which is great if you want to wander down to the spa, and/or chill out. The breakfast was lovely, a good selection and good quality. All staff from the reception,spa and breakfast were professional, friendly and helpful. The grounds are very well kept with nice seating areas to relax and enjoy the views. The spa is small, however they are up grading this and im sure it will be amazing once completed.
