Todo está muy bien

Amo que la terraza cierre tarde y el restaurante también si pudiera sugerir una mejora sería dejar la piscina abierta hasta las 10 o algo más tarde pero todo lo demás excelente desde la comida, a la atención, a la vista con gran ubicación. Un hotelazo. Mención honorífica a Ronald, Paula y Caleb. Muchas gracias por facilitar mi estadía y gracias a todo el personal del hotel en general! Siempre un gusto y altamente recomendado!

The hotel exceeded my expectations and the staff were exceptional. Caleb at the front desk was very friendly and helpful whenever I needed as well as everyone else at the front desk. Definitely will be where I stay when I come back.

Weird stay at this hotel. Rooms advertised as soundproof but you could hear literally everything in the hall, especially the cleaning staff if they were yelling at each other down the hall. Breakfast was basic but fine. My first night there I burnt my head because the water in the shower randomly gets scalding hot, then freezing cold. The pool bar was okay. Small pool. The one day there was some wedding anniversary thing. Which was awkward because i was stuck sitting there reading while they all yapped for an hour. Not sure why they get importance over another guest, but okay. Another night at the pool bar there was no Dorado or Aguilla.....like exito is right there how are you out????? Then another night i was sitting up there, went to vet a drink at the bar, and some woman just took both chairs from the table i was sitting at???? Like, why? Tv was nice, but because they put the cable box in the worst spot, you couldn't change the channel from bed. Coffee machine didn't work at all. Whatever. Gym was nice. Wifi works really well.

Hotel muy cómodo, con buenas instalaciones, la comida muy rica y fresca. Se recomienda que el personal del restaurante anote los pedidos, porque varias ocasiones se les olvidaron cosas, pero se recomienda 100%.

Me gustó mucho el hotel, especialmente por su excelente ubicación, ya que se encuentra muy cerca de la zona más activa y agradable de Santa Marta. Sin embargo, en horas de la noche el sector se vuelve más solitario, por lo que no es muy recomendable caminar. El desayuno fue muy bueno y el personal destacó por su amabilidad y atención. Además, el hotel cuenta con una vista privilegiada desde la terraza, donde se ubica la piscina, lo que hace la experiencia aún más agradable. Como recomendación, sugeriría ampliar un poco el horario de uso del área de la piscina para mayor disfrute de los huéspedes. En general, una excelente experiencia: 10/10.
